March 6, 20205 yr I’ve always found Demi is talented as a vocalist but a lot of the times her material lacks something and that’s why she’s not had that huge hit (or maybe signature is a better one to use) or had that Ariana takeover like success. March 9, 20205 yr After repeated listens this is actually so good. The more I’ve listened and closely heard the lyrics it’s legit her life right now. I can see this being a bit of hit. Not as big Sorry not Sorry but can see it at least doing a Motivation and getting a few weeks lower top 40.

March 22, 20205 yr this has kinda underperfomed, hasn't it? I don’t think it has in the UK tbh. Sorry not Sorry debuted lower than this (although that climbed in week 2 and this fell) but Demi doesn’t have a big stan fanbase here and relies on playlist support for her success. In the US I’m not really sure how well she usually does there but I can see it’s got a peak of #18. Which is pretty ok tbh she’s never peaked higher than #6 on the singles there anyways so a top 10 debut was gonna be unlikely for her.
March 22, 20205 yr In all fairness, Sorry Not Sorry was a midweek release. Its climb to #27 was in its first full week, it would've had a higher debut if it got a Friday release! This hasn't done great so far but it's also pretty shocking to see radio snubbing it. I thought Demi was in a position to get big support this time, but it seems not. I'd move on from this quite quickly and come back with a certified anthem within a few weeks.
March 22, 20205 yr I thought with Scooter backing her as well she might’ve had better playlist support on streaming sites. I seem to remember Demi saying she plans to release a lot of singles before this album and she teased collaborations too. May 9, 20205 yr I re-listened to this song last night, I feel like there's a good idea for a song somewhere here but it just sounds so much like an Anne-Marie song and the way it's produced is horrible.
May 9, 20205 yr the emo version is really good!! reminds me of early Demi and is 100x better than the original version of this song, I'll be sticking to that version from now on
