March 14, 20205 yr Author What do you predict as the winner? Will it be a PCD track? A Nicole Scherzinger solo? How about Kimberly or Melody sole efforts? Maybe Ashley Roberts telling us all to Woman Up has it sealed for her... or maybe Jessica Sutta? Which track is finishing DEAD LAST?
March 14, 20205 yr Buttons should win but won't be surprised if it's Don't Cha. Also hoping Don't Hold Your Breath finishes high. Edited March 14, 20205 yr by (Zach)
March 15, 20205 yr Author 31 - 33 Yyx0NFjVzEk 33. Ashley Roberts - Yesterday [5.550] Highest: Lukuzz (09) + Liam, WinterFreeze, Eduardo, NickF1 & gavindeejay (08) Lowest: HarryEzra & (Zach) (03) + Liam, Prettylittlebry & JordanLee (04) 32. Jibbs feat. Melody Thornton - Go Too Far [5.555] Highest: troylovesmusic (09) + Jack (08) Lowest: HarryEzra (00); ...ready for it (03); Lukuzz (03.5); Wall (04) + George.keh (04.5) 31. Nicole Scherzinger feat. will.i.am - Baby Love [5.90] Highest: NickF1 (10); troylovesmusic (09) + ...ready for it (08) Lowest: Tawdry Hepburn (01); Cameron (02); FUTURE NOSTALGIA (03) Prettylittlebry (04) + SamJudd & Atonement (04.5) --- Kick starting this whole rate off in the bottom 3 are 3 of the solo efforts! The first effort to leave is Ashley Roberts debut solo single Yesterday. A nice enough single and one I rated higher than her 2nd single, but the production is quite jarring for what would be a lovely song. Melody Thornton managed to NOT finish last with her collaboration with Jibbs Go Too Far. A throwback to mid-noughties R&B duets. A chilled/laidback song. Quite lovely but pretty forgettable. At number 31 is the first of many Nicole Scherzinger solo efforts, her collaboration with will.i.am Baby Love. The song went to become a top 20 hit for her, but was ultimately a chart disappointment as it delayed the release of her solo album further! A gorgeous song and pretty underrated/forgotten about nowadays.
March 15, 20205 yr Didn't vote as I hadn't had time to listen to the other members solo tracks (except Nicole) but championing IHTP, IDNAM, Buttons, JH, DHYB, WIGU, DC and Stickwitu to do well (most of these will be top 10 anyway). Beep is great too. "Baby Love" was really nice and to be honest I've not heard it since it was out oops so not surprising to see it low although I expected it to be a bit higher than 31st at least! Such a non-event of a song. It's so empty and devoid of any kind of melody or anything. Vile. Glad to see it place so low though. Up next is a song that gets a real hard time though, On The Rocks by Nicole Scherzinger is the 2nd of her solo efforts to drop out, and it's so under appreciated </3 Beautiful melody! At 28 & 27 we have both of Jessica Sutta's solo attempts. Both pretty underlooked imo. Especially the brilliant Show Me which finished below White Lies, but ultimately not too far ahead. And rounding off this section is another Nicole Scherzinger banger, this time courtesy of her feature on Puff Daddy/P Diddy/Diddy/Didz/Dudz/Didwhatever and the club banger Come To Me. This was a huge hit in 2006 (?) and it's easy to see why! So, SO good!
March 17, 20205 yr Heartbeat is a BOP! Had that been eligible I’d have rated it a 8. Baby Love definitely ain’t Nicole’s worst solo track!
March 18, 20205 yr Just remembered... I forgot about this bop! NVk4vENObiI But none of y'all reminded me either, so it's your fault just as much as mine :D What a bop!!!£

Nicole Scherzinger - Run [6.83] Highest: NickF1 & Lukuzz (10); Cameron & ...ready for it (09) + Prettylittlebry, Jonjo, kye, Riser & troylovesmusic (08) Lowest: SamJudd, WinterFreeze & (Zach) (04) + Juliano (05) --- The next section and failing to make the top 20 we have the 2nd actual PCD track to drop out as we see their cover of Sway fall out at #25. It's a very by the numbers/predictable cover. Doesn't add anything new, but it's ok. Ashley Roberts 2nd of 3 entries falls away at number 24. Clockwork is one of those cute, singer-songwritery type anthemic songs. The chorus just bursts out, it's cute. At #23 we see another Nicole solo track as we lose the one that started it all for her solo career. The first of 3 attempts before she got it right lol. Whatever U Like is such an underrated banger and I'm sad to see it didn't really do anything for her solo career tbh. Up next is a song that actually went on to become a huge hit. Candy was a huge UK smash for Kimberly Wyatt as she featured on Aggro Santos.com debut single and it peaked top 10! Finally and falling short of the top 20 is Nicole's advice to the next one... Run. After an X Factor performance of the song in 2014 it charted at a rather low #46 and spent just the single week in the top 75. It's a beautiful ballad and deserved better.
March 18, 20205 yr ccJF_g72Tho I just realised this was also forgotten! What a SONG What is this omg Sounds musical
March 18, 20205 yr Run would have done better had ITunes not crashed for two days following her performance lmao, her vocals are insane though
March 18, 20205 yr also forgot nicole’s uncredited vocals on ‘club can’t handle me’ - now that’s a B O P.
March 19, 20205 yr Author also forgot nicole’s uncredited vocals on ‘club can’t handle me’ - now that’s a B O P.I didn't forget, I just didn't KNOW! Omg. *.* EDIT: I forgot about her songs from 'Moana' too tbh.

I remember seeing the mids for this and she was number 1 at some point, I was ecstatic she was even top 5, but #1. I knew it was too good to be true lol. It ended up at #6 and ended up becoming a bit of a non-hit. A swift chart exit followed. It's infectious and has an almighty chorus! Whatcha Think About That is at #19. The song went on to become the groups 3rd hit from the Doll Domination era, but it out peaked the far superior 'I Hate This Part'. I really don't like this! Nicole's voice even grates on me. Ashley Roberts last of 3 songs in the rate ends up at a rather brilliant position of #18! Woman Up is the highest non-N Scherz/PCD track in the countdown. I think Meghan Trainor ended up sampling this or something recently, which might have helped towards it's score. It's a bop. At number 17 & 16 we have two more Nicole solo tracks the first being Try With Me is quite unique in it's structure and melody. It starts off with stunning piano led melodies and the production ends up turning it into a dance smash. It's cute and was a little hit. Your Love had a very similar run to 'Boomerang' in the charts. It ended up with one more week in the top 75 though, but another #6 for her and it wasn't a big hit, but a cute one. It's a very Cheryl in her 3rd era kinda track to me. It's a bit of a bop though.
March 19, 20205 yr I listened to 'On The Rocks' for the first time since 2014 during this rate, and it's just as bad as I remembered (if not worse). Urghhhhh. Those piano keys in the background sound like someone fell onto the piano during the recording and they forgot to edit it out. So worthy of my -1.
