already growing on me but still a bit underwhelmed :kink: it's like be alright on steroids with artpopo production & vocals

 

On first couple listens I def prefer Stupid Love! (though it feels weird comparing 1st listens for them aha as I spammed the Stupid Love leak throughout January and I've avoided every snippet/leak for ROM so all I'd seen for this was the excessive hype haha)

 

EDIT: also video tomorrow at 6pm our time I think! ready for the visuals, I feel they'll really make this song aha

It sounds like it’s gonna be pretty big I’d say! Probably the most commercial sounding Gaga single (for a solo pop album) since The Edge Of Glory.

This is amazing but echoing the statements that it is far too short. The last ‘chorus’ really needed a breather and an extra 30 seconds added on top would have done that imo.

I definitely don’t recall Stupid Love being track 1 (or was it :lol: :lol: ).

 

The fact Ariana is on this too! Amazing

With this track I’m kind of happy in a way we didn’t get the song / video all at once.

 

I think I really needed my first listens of this to be purely just the song on its own I think had we got the video at the same time I’d have got carried away and took too much focus on stuff like the outfits, the plot, dance routine etc.

 

Now when I see the video I’ll be familiar with the song. I have a good feeling about the video though.

This is euphoric! :wub: It's huge! I'm loving the early 00s sounding house production, the synths, the strings. :heart: Great vocals from both of them, Ariana in particular sounds heavenly on this track.

I'm sure this is evident but I'm really pleased with it! You can tell that it's a cathartic song for both of them :heart:

Yeah I am going to need a few spins before I make my decision. (I expected just a little more punch to it after listening LQ leaked version)

 

First listen is just alright but definitely it has a lot of potential. I believe when I will hear it on radio and see music video it's going to elevate it to 10/10!!!

Definitely not what I was expecting...

 

However, it sounds pretty good on first listen, so hopefully it’s a grower?
