April 2, 20205 yr The last one was in October for the album so good and we’ve not had any least favourite polls, thanks though x
April 2, 20205 yr Author Isn’t there a zara singles rate every other week? Yeah last rate here was So Good which finished in November and was of the album as opposed to all of her singles- the results for that were actually different as Never Forger You placed higher than I Would Like- whereas in this case, I Would Like is yet to appear whereas Never Forget You has just left us!
April 7, 20205 yr Author 6. I Would Like- avg score- 8.41 9bzMaiczpXU Just missing out on the top 5 is Zara’s late 2016 smash, I Would Like. The song was initially released as a promo single but managed to chart top 40 in it’s first week nonetheless, the song was then performed on the U.K X Factor alongside current single, Ain’t My Fault- it was this song which end up having the lost success however peaking at number 2 despite not even having an official video! The song received 3 10s and a lowest score of 5.5 which knocked it out of the top 5. Definitely not a favourite of mine but i’m glad to see it do well here, especially considering in the last Zara forum rate this placed below Never Forget You and now the tables have turned! So our top 5 in release order are- Lush Life Ain’t My Fault Symphony (with Clean Bandit) Don’t Worry Bout Me All The Time What are you routing for and what will fall out at number 5?
April 7, 20205 yr Probably the best top five, I wish Ruin My Life was a bit higher, I’m guessing Like It Is would have finished pretty low in this too
April 15, 20205 yr Author 5. Don’t Worry Bout Me- avg score- 8.6 LOUgsAmD51s Starting off the top 5 is Zara’s flop single, Don’t Worry Bout Me, that definitely shouldn’t have flopped! Achieving only a mid 30s peak in the U.K. the song was a relative failure compared to Ruin My Life which managed a top 10 peak. The song managed an 11 in this rate as well as a lowest score of 7 so has done much better than I thought it would have done honestly!
April 20, 20205 yr Author 4. Ain’t My Fault- avg score- 9.27 eC-F_VZ2T1c An impressive score for a song only finishing at number 4! Here we see Zara’s smash top 15 hit Ain’t My Fault. Definitely one of my favourites of her whole career so far, so cheeky and fun and the production, and that middle 8 just make this a guaranteed floor-filler. Zara’s rapping was also something new for her and something I’d like to see her try again in future singles hopefully! So we have a top 3 of (in order of release date) Lush Life Symphony (with Clean Bandit) All The Time
April 21, 20205 yr Author 3. Lush Life- avg score- 9.37 TMTDML5pLno Finishing at number 3 is Zara’s mega-smash hit Lush Life- iirc this is 3x Platinum in the U.K. now! The song that introduced a lot of us to Zara as well as Never Forget You- the song is a super positive pop summer banger. The song surprisingly however only received one 11 score however no score lower than 7.5 has given it this incredible average!
April 21, 20205 yr Author ew @ the wrong music video being there. Give us black and white Zara ew @ you thinking the black and white Zara is better
April 21, 20205 yr Symphony is too overplayed for me now tbh. I'm kinda bored of it a bit (still a beautiful song - I just never go out my way to listen to it) so I hope All The Time can give us a surprise win! I very much doubt it though, but 2nd is so much better than I had thought for this! 'Ain't My Fault' only finishing 4th? WHAT IS THIS FUCKERY! Her best
April 21, 20205 yr ew @ you thinking the black and white Zara is better TBF I thought the alternative Lush Life video was going to finally be the video for I Would Like... Then she released it...
