Keep Up The Good Times, very refreshing song.

This gives me the urge to get up dancing.

The marketing machine behind this album really failed and the team omitted some of the most radio friendly tracks off the albums main release.

Don’t dislike it but it doesn’t stand out against the other material!

Keep up with the good times, like someone new, why this isn’t on the standard edition is boggling, this 2 songs are brill and were left off, these two tracks are better than 85% of the tracks on the regular edition, I would have loved more of this kinda stuff from dannii, this has a Gina G vibe to it which I also loved.

Easily should have made the track listing unless they felt it was to pop in sound.

I hope you all enjoyed that and i hope i did an ok job for you, i know i had one or 2 teething problems with the first video but i got there, the site dipping didnt help but i enjoyed iy myself overall. It was worth putting more time in Girl for me as i discovered a couple of songs i really really like.

There is a few songs i will def be slaying for another few days and its nice to give some time to Dannii.

Just catching up - Someone New is such a dated song now, I like it but it’s definitely a 90s track :lol:

It has 90s all over it but to me that good, really good :dance:

Keep Up With The Good Times is a decent song too but very dated to the 90s and the little rap part could be left out :lol:

The album started off great but lost its way further in for me with a couple of songs I wasn't keen on or just thought were okay. Will definitely return to the album though and familiarise myself more!

 

'So in Love with Yourself' was a key standout, I would have backed this as a single! :wub:

Dannii was caught between pop and dance and dabbled in both for a while but dance is where her success became.

 

I think that was danniis downfall for a long time, she lacked direction and it was hard to map dannii as an artist, neon nights did that very well and established her sound with people.

After the ‘Girl’ era we had to wait 3 long years but Dannii came back and smashed with ‘Who Do You Love’ so it was worth the wait :cheer:

It was worth the 3 year wait to be fair, its just such a shame the follow up to neon nights never really happened and she didnt build on the success she had got with the singles and album.
