'Joan of Arc' didn't really receive strong reactions in the rate, I'd really avoid using it.

 

'Nothing Fails' would be ineligible unfortunately as it was a single in too many territories despite not the UK (a shame as that could have been a good choice!). I'm definitely siding with something from Music or American Life.

This is proving to be a difficult decision given how many amazing ballads she has! I think I'm siding with 'Intervention' in all honesty. Even if it doesn't smash, it'll be a beautiful discovery for many off a sorely underrated album.

We're taking on board everything everyone says as well as other factors. Just because it's not your personal preference doesn't mean we're not listening.

Vibe :manson: Calm down a bit!? We are listening and are considering averages on rates and how EVERYONE on the forum took to the songs. This really is a bit of fun and a chance for people to discover new music or old favourites, you don't need to bash the work that goes on here.

I said it might blur the lines of what's considered a ballad, not that it wasn't.

 

I then said it might be used in a future round, but if enough people backed it for this round it would have been considered too.
