I personally think Til Death Do Us Apart is Madonna's best non-album single and up there with their best songs

TDDUP is an amazing track !! It did extremely well in our last rate too.

Like a Prayer would've been an amazing song to send to the final. I wonder how it would have done against the two have been sent now!? :o

Madonna was #1 in Round 9 (Frozen) and Round 12 (Hung Up)! :o Both were free choice rounds.

 

We also placed third in Round 3 (Holiday) which was 'song without a music video' and in Round 13 (I Don't Search I Find) which was 'album closer'.

She did so well! Those mentioned above are particular highlights but also Ray of Light, Papa Don't Preach, Vogue, Ghosttown, La Isla Bonita and Into The Groove all came in the top half of their respective rounds!

I’m glad Rihanna didn’t get to the final with Madonna as I think she could’ve beaten her with Like A Prayer.

 

I voted for Madonna quite a few times in this not quite every round but she did get my votes a few times.

 

You did a great job at showing something from her throughout almost every stage of her career even showcasing her most recent release in there with your choices.

 

That was a real strength you had there. A versatile artist means a song by her will always pick up some votes (although that could also be a downfall too as she’s controversial) but when you look at who gets Madonna they’re all either major pop forces of the next era, or The Spice Girls who are fresh off the back off a very high publicised and very successful reunion. :heart:
