Well, if I'm the first one to post here...

 

I'm guessing 'Blank Space', 'Style' and 'I Knew You Were Trouble' are likely to be saved for later, so perhaps 'Out Of The Woods', 'Wildest Dreams' or '22'?

 

My own favourites are '...Ready For It?', 'Call It What You Want', 'Look What You Made Me Do' and 'Getaway Car' (:wub: x4) which obviously wouldn't be good ideas but I can at least attest that the above songs appeal to me as someone with unorthodox favourites :kink:

 

Not sure if any of her less-pop songs would be viable. I really like 'Sparks Fly' and 'Back To December' but I doubt they have enough fans, especially in a strong round like this (I couldn't even guarantee my vote). I know people love 'All Too Well' but I'm guessing not enough people either.

Ones I was thinking about for this round were: love story, delicate, Lover, maybe 22

 

Idk I acc feel this is our hardest round for the moment. Are delicate/lover too small? Are love story/22 too divisive?

Just following on from Rush's suggestions, I'd be very likely to vote for LWYMMD or ...Ready For It? too (and I'll probably support Love Story or 22 as well), that's my input anyway but it really is no indication of whether they'll get enough votes from the forum as a whole.

I feel like 'Lover' is too small but 'Delicate' might be ok. However, checking how 'Delicate' did in the first game:

I don't know how that would translate now but I think every forum is planning on sending songs bigger than... 'Please Don't Leave Me', 'Holler' and 'Girls Like', so it may be risky.

Delicate could be a good choice! Maybe it would end up as one of the lower ranked ones, but surely it wouldn't come last?

Small difference but I believe it's a double elimination so it would have to beat 2 others!

Oh yes you're right! I feel a tad less confident about Delicate with it being a double. It's a fantastic song but I fear it's underappreciated by some. On the other hand it could stand out nicely, because it seems a lot of other forums are opting to go with uptempos!

Delicate is my second fave Taylor song ever- number 1 being Style- both gorge songs

'Delicate' is such a risk. I love it, but I dunno... I just think the casuals would overlook it in favour of songs they know...

 

'Out Of the Woods' could work, but I think that's perfect for another specific round... (which I assume Sam has got her sights set on it?) Same with 'Style'!

 

Low-key, I think '22' could work out well! It's kind of a birthday meme, isn't it? Im pretty sure everyone who turns 22 shares this song :lol: 'Love Story' could be the safest choice though, but even then I personally wouldn't feel too confident... GAHHHH

I ignored the most discussion here and went with wildest dreams in the end aha :kink: I wanted to save WD til later but with this being a double, I honestly couldn’t take the risk of going with delicate/lover (too small) or love story/22/RFI/LWYMMD (too divisive)
