The title song puts us back on track, love the sound of this one.

Honestly, I feel Let's Get To It (the song) just never goes anywhere. I can appreciate the laidback vibe of it, but that's about it.

I like ‘Right Here Right Now’ it’s a decent track but feels like some of the other songs on the album in that it could have been sung by anyone - it doesn’t have that ‘This is a Kylie track’ stamp on it which I guess is the albums main problem.

In an alternative world where Let's Get To It was successful, 'Right Here Right Now' would have made a great single. I prefer this to the Giorgio Moroder collab of the same name actually!

I see what you mean but it's that laidback vibe that sells it for me and myself humming the chorus in my head after.

No World Without You needs an Almighty Cowbell Remix :gaycat:
Overall, I'd save the first four tracks from the album (though Give Me Just A Little More Time sounds so out of place) and I Guess I Like It Like That, so I guess it's a 50/50 album?

Live & Learn is an ok song - a bit of a plodder and album filler, again nothing wrong with it but not one that I would seek out to listen to again tbh but sounds ok when listening to the album in full.

This! It could become a glittering gay anthem :gaycat:

I actually love the song - I’m a sucker for a Kylie ballad as I think they always show off her vocals.

I do like no world without you, i find it memorable enough but it wouldnt be up with my fave kylie albums tracks or even close.
'No World Without You' is similar to the ballads on Enjoy Yourself but I much prefer it. Not one I'd seek out but I do like how it acts as a kind of 'interlude' before the bonkers final track! They don't sound similar of course, but I like the way it makes you think the album is coming to a gentle close...

In general im a sucker for her ballads aswell, i think she has so many great ones and her vocals really shine.

I find it "meh" to be honest - it's one of those tracks where I know what they were trying to pull off, but I don't think it quite reaches the goal. When you're doing these sort of stripped back tracks they need to be really special and I just feel it's lacking. It's inoffensive enough I guess.

Bonus Forum Track - Keep On Pumpin It

I remember being horrified at the time that this got released AND missed the Top 40 :drama:

Kylie also had no idea that it had been remixed and was getting a single release! So pleased at the time I got all the versions as they are quite hard and expensive to find now especially the CD single.

I’m the opposite - I like the song but again it just sounds like a generic dance track with multiple faceless singers rather than being a Kylie track.

Overall the album is a bit of a mess :kink: However it does sound better when you listen to it as a full album.

You can tell they were a bit all over the place when recording this and there was obviously a tug of war between Kylie and PWL due to the inclusion of songs such as GMJALMT etc., which I’m sure PWL would have pushed for.
