Here for this - even if they gave us the unreleased UK single ‘Cowboy Style’.

 

They could easily drop a video to promote the release (providing they are not limiting the vinyl to silly numbers!).

They could use the cowboy style concept video,, should add cowboy style aussie single had great artwork.

A marbled vinyl has appeared for pre-order in Poland - so it looks like we are going to have multiple variants :cheer:

I’m excited for this, yet… I still haven’t actually heard the album! :drama: I will get around to it eventually. I suppose it could be quite exciting to give it a first play on vinyl?

I checked on SayHey yesterday for updates. The latest is that the artwork issues have been fixed, it'll be the standard tracklist of the original album, multiple colours and there is a possibility there will be some signed copies.

 

The 2003 rerelease was with the low quality images. And when BMG started organising the 2022 rerelease they were given the file images from that first rerelease. And Twitter says it’s since been sorted, that they’ve got it in HD and Sednaoui has also been contacted

^^ love that they are giving this a proper re-release and it has a chance to shine without being pushed out alongside a new studio album.

 

It’s such a special album for many fans so really deserves a proper re-release treatment - excited that some signed copies might appear too.

I am over the moon its getting a proper re release, and if Kylie is doing some signed copies it shows she is really behind this re release herself and i kinda expected this as we all know its a very meaningful album to Kylie.

BMG should chuck out the double limited edition they released a few years ago - it’s long out of print now and would be good to have a CD to compliment the vinyl re-issues.

I agree and re issue the cassette aswell, I'm all for IP getting the royal treatment this time around.

That would be ideal as it never got a real push and like IP in general kinda went un noticed so now is prob the right time to change that.

Would not be surprised at a digital/streaming release to try and boost streaming of the album.

 

 

Streaming is important so if this got extra streaming for November then lead into Kylie Xmas for December and then a new single in January with new album March. Would all help her monthly streaming figures.

When this is released here in the UK will it chart under Impossible Princess? It charted under “Kylie Minogue” at the time of release here didnt it because of Princess Diana. I presume the album sales will be combined though.

 

When I done a listen of Kylies discography this was very close to top of my list! It’s a great body of work what deserved better.

I think it's going to get a good push from all involved as they are aware it is a release fans have waited a long time for.

I'm almost as excited for this as I would be for a new album.

I think there will be a huge buzz from the fanbase when the release arrives.

I expect some further release information in September.

Taylor Swift releasing 21st October. This may actually grab Kylie a bit more media attention as they will make it a non existent chart battle from a 90s Kylie album v biggest star in the world lol.
