At least someone is performing it live in 2023 :kink:

My thoughts exactly!

I was thinking today that I really thought 'Frozen' would be a definite on the setlist, especially after how successful the Sickick remix was. She found time for 'Hung Up on Tokischa'!

Listened to this on Saturday and it's still one of the best albums ever - so cohesive without being repetitive and a top notch example of pop artist telling a story in the album context.

Addison Rae, FKA Twigs and Lorde all seem to be drawing inspiration from the Queen of Pop’s seminal 1998 album. What makes “Ray of Light” so timeless?

From FKA Twigs to Addison Rae, many of today's hottest pop stars are taking inspiration from Madonna's swirling 1998 masterpiece. What is it that has made the album such a touchstone?

So I just started bawling my eyes out in front of my boyfriend listening to Little Star. It makes me think so deeply about my dog that has passed and my new dog that we have now. He is our little star, a gift made of flesh and bone. The song has never hit me like it just did, I'm a wreck! I am dropping him off for 2.5 weeks while I go visit my sister in Canada and that song will make me think of him while I am away from him. ❤️

Little star reminds me of my nephews now when I hear it! It’s probably been the biggest Ray of Light grower as initially it didn’t have much impact upon me but it definitely does now.

I’ve heard the album twice in full recently after the passing of William Orbit. It’s still my favourite Madonna body of work! I was blown away by how

It sounded when I first heard it and I only wish I could be transported to 1998 to hear it in real time. I feel like this is perhaps the most important record for her career in terms of cementing her legacy (like she is Madonna after all and a major icon etc) but I think this album fully put her back on the map and cemented her to stay there for at least the next decade) and now in 2026 she’s had another revival and major comeback to acclaim!

I listened to the album in full yesterday and all i kept think was how did she choose the singles, and the order of them!!

Skin has never been performed live and it must get its chnce to shine.

Sky Fits Heaven could have been a big hit!
