June 25, 20205 yr Author . 14.Vanessa Carlton – A Thousand Miles 162 points Cwkej79U3ek 13. Liberty X – Just A Little 180 points 58O8SVBxLDQ I'm very shocked Vanessa Carlton has managed to rank at 14 out of 75 songs so even though she's narrowly missed out on the top 10, it is still a success in my eyes. I can't say I've ever enjoyed the song away from White Chicks. Liberty X classic 'Just A Little' is also one I've never cared for despite being immensely popular. Quite shocked it hasn't qualified in all honesty.
June 25, 20205 yr Author 12. Robbie Williams – Feel 189 points iy4mXZN1Zzk So 'Rock DJ' failed to make the top 20 in the 2000 heat but 'Feel' was actually in the top 10 when I typed up the results. It was only last-minute voters that kicked it out. :o Robbie has actually tied on points with the #11. Who do you all hope it is or isn't? :kink:
June 25, 20205 yr Well I hope Kylie scraped top 10 but based on her luck of getting number 2s and 11s I doubt it 😂 Edited June 25, 20205 yr by Dannyboy
June 25, 20205 yr Author 11. Holly Valance – Kiss Kiss 189 points o3wS2tdlZtE Unfortunately for Ultra it is 'Kiss Kiss' that just falls short of the top 10 and by ten points! Considering this is her only well-remembered song, Holly Valance has done extremely well to finish just outside the top 10! In alphabetical order, the top 10 songs from 2002 making it through to the final rate are: Avril Lavigne – Complicated Christina Aguilera featuring Redman – Dirrty DJ Sammy and Yanou featuring Do – Heaven Eminem – Lose Yourself Girls Aloud – Sound Of The Underground Kylie Minogue – Love At First Sight Pink – Just Like A Pill Shakira – Whenever Wherever Sugababes – Freak Like Me Sugababes – Round Round Please join us tomorrow as Addy will be hosting the results for the 2003 heat. :cheer: In the meantime I would love to know your opinions on the qualifying 10 songs.
June 25, 20205 yr ffs I knew it  Y'all better not do my Australian 2003 fave the same way tomorrow x That's lowkey better than I was expecting Kiss Kiss to do aha! such a fab bop that still sounds fab  apart from the diabolical lose yourself, that's a REALLY strong top 10! I think I voted them all/they were all at least in my commiserations
June 25, 20205 yr Very very very solid top 10, I would love it if The Sugababes got number 1 and 2 but unlikely 😂
June 25, 20205 yr Strong top 10, only SOTU I don't care for much. Would rather Holly, Kylie or Robbie was there instead! Edited June 25, 20205 yr by Rob S
June 25, 20205 yr Not a good top 10 list for my taste. :( Wherever You Will Go & Something should have been top 10 imo.
June 26, 20205 yr Wow at Westlife making the top 50. Nice to see 'Foolish' in the top 30, and 'The Logical Song' almost top 20  Surprised how popular that Missy Elliott song is! Poor 'Kiss Kiss'. No real surprises in the top 10 except maybe 'Lose Yourself' (which has never been one of my favourite Eminem songs unfortunately). Good to have DJ Sammy, GA and the double Sugababes there nonetheless.
June 26, 20205 yr A shame Kiss Kiss missed out - always loved that song. Delighted Lose Yourself made it, other than that little I voted for but a few songs that would've been just outside my points.
June 26, 20205 yr I wouldn’t be able to take this seriously if Just Like A Pill didn’t qualify so that’s a relief!
June 26, 20205 yr Author Excited to see how the 2003 results unfold later. :cheer: Looking at my vote I want all my top 14 to qualify. :drama: Probably the most difficult heat for me.
June 26, 20205 yr You already know the results. :D Actually he doesn't. We didn't share to each other the results!!!
June 26, 20205 yr Author You already know the results. :D I only know the results to the heats I opened ('00, '02, '04, '06, '08). :P
