...obviously the album is heavily influenced by Madonna. In fact, we're about to try and get Madonna on a record. I'm going to write the email and see if she's up for the track

Dua Lipa's manager in this week's edition of Music Week. MAKE IT HAPPEN!

'Levitating' is the rumoured track:

It would mean Madonna featuring on a Stuart Price production again! I'm getting so giddy at the thought of this happening. I just hope Madonna's vocals won't be butchered.

Shame the only way for legends to have hits these days is to work with young talent.

I love the FN album.

And love levitating.

I think Madonna would work better on a track like Hallucinate or Love Again tbh. I'd rather Katy Perry for Levitating!

Yeah I could imagine Madonna on 'Hallucinate'. I'm still down for 'Levitating' though, I feel like they would have to royally f*ck up for it to be terrible.

I don’t know how to feel about this.

Maybe it’s more of a Madonna will feature in the video sense like she did in God is a woman.

Idk I’d be here for it but like Madonna’s vocals on record are hit and miss these days she legit sounds better live actually.

I can hear her on Levitating more than Hallucinate weirdly but idk. Katy I think would go better than Madonna but If Madonna is legit on the track it could become her best performing hit since Celebration!

'Levitating' probably already is bigger than all of Madonna's post-'Celebration' singles. :P

It's definitely a vocal feature, whether it actually is Madonna or not. I do have a similar worry to you regarding what Madonna's vocals would sound like. I think the vocal editing on 'Madame X' is effective, but I'm aware that it won't work on 'Levitating' next to Dua's vocals. I hope that Dua's team get more sway on how the vocals will be used given it's their song.

I also think Hallucinate would have been a better choice.
