But why are you randomly comparing them?

Isn't that what a chart is for? To compare the positions of songs/albums? I selected these songs like any other user here can select any songs they want to update. If I can't update song positions on iTunes in a topic called iTunes Weekly Thread then that topic should be deleted, since it's no use, would you agree?

It's the intention behind picking those particular songs, or rather, those particular artists. Why specifically Gaga and Katy? :o :o

Because I wanted to? :whip:

If you're finding Katy's positions bad, go to iTunes and buy her stuff, it's simple. :tirren:

Because you wanted to compare them unnecessarily :magic:

Is the new Katy track a promo track or a full single.

I thought it would’ve at least done a Daisies on iTunes at least.

It’s strange seeing how she’s doing though but perhaps she will rebounce and get herself another hit again with the right song.

I can get the Gaga comparisons as they’re always kinda of compared by success (not so much here more stan twitter) it will however always just amount to people getting wound up by it. In 2013 it was us Gaga stans getting wound up by the Katy fans making fun of her success but now the tables have shifted.

And I'll keep comparing, that's what a chart is for, if you don't know. :jump:

Guys be easy on Adelita. He's just still traumatised from when 'Roar' was a bigger hit than 'Applause'.

12. BTS - Moon

23. Paul Woolford, Diplo & Kareen Lomax - Looking for Me

38. PS1 - Fake Friends (feat. Alex Hosking)

42. Dua Lipa - Hallucinate

45. Deacon - Long Run (feat. Nina Nesbitt)

60. Alok, Martin Jensen & Jason Derulo - Don't Cry For Me

63. Elle King - Baby Outlaw

126. Blake Patrick Anderson - Waiting For You (Songs For Stanley)

130. Ellie Goulding - Slow Grenade (feat. Lauv)

:drama: Revelling in an artist flopping unless they're an awful person (6ix9ine for example) is not a cute look, and pitting female artists against each other in 2020 is toxic stan energy.

There’s no point comparing them anymore, it’s like comparing Britney with Christina.

Again, two talented ladies who've both had successful arena tours in the UK in the last two years. It's not 2003, why do stans continue this pettiness :drama:

People pitting female artists against each other is something that should be long in the past. This doesn’t happen with male artists so why do people insist on doing so with females.

I actually have to question the emotional maturity of someone comes in here to use one artist’s success as a weapon to drag another artist.

This forum is really going downhill with the arrival of certain members lately derailing these threads. Take it to stan twitter where they'll appreciate your pettiness.

Preach

Cause it's us against the world

You and me against them all

If you listen to these words

Know that we are standing tall

I don't ever see the day that

I won't catch you when you fall

Cause it's us against the world tonight

As Taylor Swift said last year You Need To Calm Down.

Both are great artists and don't need to pitted against each other as if they are completing in the WBC Best Female Singer title.

35. Prospa - Ecstasy (Over & Over) [Edit]

37. PS1 - Fake Friends (feat. Alex Hosking)

39. Rufus Wainwright - Peaceful Afternoon

58. Blake Patrick Anderson - Waiting For You (Songs For Stanley)

93. Ellie Goulding - Slow Grenade (feat. Lauv)

102. DreamDoll - Ah Ah Ah (feat. Fivio Foreign)

And I'll keep comparing, that's what a chart is for, if you don't know. :jump:

Joseph, hand over your chart show hosting rights ASAP!!!!! :yahoo:

(Adelita have you been watching the 'A Katy Or A Gaga' Glee episode by chance? :o :heehee:)

Am I the only one that read into this in completely the wrong way? 😳

I see Marisha Wallace has shot straight into the Top 20 as her Radio 2 playlisting has kicked in today (it wasn’t played at all yesterday)
