I can agree with you but songs like Kings & Queens and West Ten are no result of TikTok. I too want to see more organic hits

I refuse to believe there has been a melody-free top 40 hit this year. This is just something that gets parroted by people who judge everything within 30 seconds and don't let it sink in, or it's some weird bad-faith argument of 'I have proven with facts & logic that this music is objectively better than that music'.
