Hardly selling anything on Itunes now so may only so 300 copies a day for next few days and come in at 4800 ish

Of the 3,664 sales...

1,287 downloads (meaning it sold 113 downloads on Monday)

2,337 streaming (+293 on previous day’s midweeks)

I think she can still exceed 5,000 once all missing & estimated streaming is accounted for on Friday.

I have serious doubts it will enter the Top 100 based in those sales.

Kylie needs at least 2000 sales in 3 days.

But surely if she has streaming to be added so will all the other artists lol.

She may exceed 5000 but will that give her a top 100 spot?

5000 can often return a Top 100 placement.

That said, other weeks it doesn't come close.

Here are the sales required for #100 (Friday's official chart) in some recent weeks:

22/05 - 4,707

29/05 - 5,275

05/06 - 4,919

12/06 - 4,186

19/06 - 4,381

26/06 - 4,720

03/07 - 4,559

10/07 - 4,857

17/07 - [i don't know an accurate figure for this one]

24/07 - 5,025

I hadn't noticed before now that #100 sales fluctuate to that extent!

Here are some recent Tuesday midweek vs. Friday official chart comparisons for the #100 position:

Tuesday 30th June midweek #100 - 2,118 | Friday 3rd July #100 - 4,559 sales

Tuesday 7th July midweek #100 - 2,310 sales | Friday 10th July #100 - 4,857 sales

Tuesday 14th July midweek #100 - 2,363 sales | Friday 17th July #100 - ?

Tuesday 21st July midweek #100 - 2,544 sales | Friday 24th July #100 - 5,025 sales

Tuesday 28th July midweek #100 - 2,291 sales | Friday 31st July #100 - ?

Yesterday's #100 midweek figure wasn't far off the 7th July figure. This could suggest that Friday's #100 will require in the region of 4,800 - 4,900 sales.

Another 7th July midweek comparison: the midweek #60 song had sold 3,644. Kylie had sold 3,664 to be yesterday's midweek #60.

Ultimately, I predict Say Something needs to do 1,200 more units to have a good chance of staying Top 100.

It's hard to predict how many downloads she'll have sold yesterday (Tuesday) and what she'll sell on Wednesday & Thursday. Let's say she'll sell 250 downloads. That would mean she would need 950 sales from streaming (from data that was missing from Monday, what she achieved on Tuesday, what she'll achieve on Wednesday & what will be predicted for her Thursday streams). That would be an average of 237.5 units per day. She had 293 streaming sales added in yesterday's midweeks, so as things stand she's ahead of the average she requires per day.

Sorry for the long and possibly complicated post, but in summary... I don't want to jinx her, but I think she has a good chance at managing to stay Top 100!

Yep but I fear lots of other artists st the bottom end of the chart will have a lot of streaming to add too.

Let's hope!

Today should be a good test. If it stays top 70 todsy a chance as her itunes sales really tailed off yesterday. If it drops out of top 70 today then she will have a real battle

On another note I hope she doesn't release the video on a Thursday. ..... she has done weird video timings before ......

This song deserves to be a hit; I'm so sad that Kylie is struggling to even make Top 100!
