I don't think she was working with Bieber... I think Bieber was working with Andrew Wants where she'd recorded and brought that Disco sign, but I might be wrong.

Yeh and Kylie and has been commentating on all her stuff too and began following her last week, I assume she will be on some remix on miley’s disco album.

In a rare meeting of minds, I think I pretty much entirely agree with Jonjo on this song - it has the makings of something really good but I think the vocals kind of hold me back from fully getting into it. Not to say they sound awful, they just... could be a lot better. Tbh if I didn't know this was Miley Cyrus I could believe it was an actual 80s synthpop artist trying to make a comeback, her vocals on this make her sound a lot older than she actually is!

 

I hope the rest of this era continues down a similar style as I can definitely see myself really liking other 80s synthpop-style songs from her, just maybe not this one so much x

I don’t get why she’s not higher on U.K. Spotify at least? It’s doing well everywhere! Thankfully radio seem to be supporting her but it would be injustice if this didn’t repeak

Yup Spotify need to get a move on and push this up their playlist. MS not going top 10 at least (should be #1 in an ideal world) would be a massive injustice. It is a huge song that needs much better positioning from them..

If it doesn’t re-peak, I’ll be happy with #15 considering Mother’s Daughter and Slide Away only reached #29 and #40! I reckon it’ll be a long running top 20, which is fine.

I think this can reach a new peak in that ACR bloodbath week in two weeks, it's holding steady.

HHUK is doing it so dirty. It’s been top 3 for almost three weeks on iTunes too. It’s so close to #1 if it’s reduced top 59p it should at least manage to go there on iTunes. I still think depending on HHUK and TTH if she climbs higher, she will get another top five hit from this as the public seem to be loving it as well as radio!
