Sexy High School Musical :kink:
 Wonderful World - such a great song!

Is it just me or does "Ridin" by Chamillionaire sample Kylie's "Red Blooded Woman" ??

Edit: well, the beat / main choruses sound quite similar

Indie/Rock songs in last week's top 40:

U2 & Green Day - The Saints Are Coming

My Chemical Romance

Razorlight

Snow Patrol

Little Man Tate

Kasabian

Panic At The Disco

Maccabees

And only 4 of these made it into the top 20... hardly dominating, is it?

Ask anyone what sound dominated the year, and they'll agree with me...

..i've never honestly noticed

I don't think the Kylie fans would be too happy about it

I couldn't hear it, thank god. He wouldn't dare touch my Kylie. B)

Chart Run: 59-9-20-32

This summer belonged to Madonna. She proved her Queen of Pop title with the acclaimed Confessions World Tour and now, the most successful female artist in chart history releases her remarkable new single 'Jump'. Written by Madonna, Stuart Price and Joe Henry - whose previous credits include 'Don't Tell Me' – it's a glistening pop masterstroke of synth beats, sparkling rhythms and a relentless, surging chorus. - HMV

:cheer: Are you ready to JUMP? Get ready to JUMP!!! :yahoo:

This year hasn't had any more or less indie or rock than any other year

I still say pop and dance have dominated the charts again this year.. same as they do every other year

How many pop/dance/r'n'b no.1s have we had compared to indie or rock no.1s or even top 5s?

 Jump. This should have been the third single!

100%. It was criminal 'Ridin' even did well in the first place. <_<

Be thankful. It was no.1 for months in the states

Our charts aren't quite that bad yet
