It's gonna be a Caroline vs Ranvir dance off isn't it :drama: Ranvir must be protected

Bloody hell Clara! That was insane, what a glow-up over one week :o I'm thrilled for her, she seems to work so hard and enjoy it so much and it's so satisfying to see it pay offf like that, that's what Strictly was about. Bill was brilliant too, such a joy to watch.

 

I'm hoping the bottom 2 sticks with the leadboard like it has all series, but Max instead of Ranvir since they were joint second from bottom. Fingers crossed! If it's Ranvir and Caroline and we lose either of them I'd be gutted but Ranvir can't go yet!!

Yes Clara was amaze, she actually deserved those 10's as well :wub: Her, HRVY, Ranvir and Bill are my favourites, HRVY just has 'it', he's gotta be one of the best in natural ability ever.

 

I think there's an off chance of a Maisie shock bottom two actually :o

Mood

Maisie underscored yet again - what a shock! Her, Max and Ranvir (as much as I think she was overscored last week) deserved better. JJ will probably be safe because of the whole military bashing they gave us so it’ll be between Max/Caroline/Ranvir.

 

Clara stepped it up BIG TIME! I know Charlestons are highly praised anyway but she killed it!! So happy to see her do well, Bill once again delivering too, between him and Maisie I find it hard to choose my favourite!

I was going to post earlier in the week that the shorter series would have had a negative impact on someone like Clara who I could see developing and having the chance to shine through a longer series so absolutely thrilled to see she knocked it out the park :o

 

Haven’t seen it yet but excited to. As Liam says, she seems to be absolutely loving it from what I’ve seen so I’m really rooting for her!

I can't see HRVY winning if Joe Sugg didn't, I'd say Bill is hard to beat but I can see Clara putting up a fight if she keeps it up as the public love a journey. Maisie and HRVY started off so good there's not much leeway for them to grow and the public tend to penalise that.

Maisie was underscored but I always doubted her public support in a way and those below her on the leaderboard this week I felt may have had more public support. So to see her fall in the dance off if true i can’t say I’m too shocked at. I was expecting Ranvir over Max though.

 

I always felt like JJ would’ve had big public support but even more so tonight with his VT and him wearing the uniform and Caroline is just everything you wanna see on strictly someone just thriving and giving it their all. Maisie unfortunately suffers from being marmite in character and attracting bad press so unless she was top 3 on the leaderboard I feel she’d potentially struggle with the public.

I still feel like JJ is a real dark horse though. The odds seem to really disregard him (like the bookies odds) but I definitely have a vibe about him that he’s gonna make it quite far.

Actually not surprised tbh, I knew we were due a shock bottom 2 placing and Maisie did underperform a bit (well moreso it's that others stepped up and she kind of stayed stagnant). Max just hasn't broken out, not that bothered with him going

max was just totally devoid of personality, i’m not surprised he hasn’t picked up the votes. i thought he’d have more to him but he just says he enjoyed the dance and then pouts. no big loss. maisie needs to step up her game. she doesn’t come across as particularly likeable - a little cocky + full of herself. can see her being in trouble tbh. the public are going to vote for people like ranvir, jj + bill because they’re coming across better.

 

 

I wish we got voting stats revealed but going off tonight I’m gonna hazard a guess and say Maisie probably got the least public votes tonight well she would’ve had to have had less public votes than everyone below her and some of the people above her seem like public faves especially Bill and Clara.

 

This is the second time now Gorka has been paired with who is probably the best technical female who just isn’t winning the public over.

 

It’s a shame to see Maisie in the dance off but I called it. We were due a “shock bottom two tonight” and Maisie gets more bad comments than good comments online. It’s a shame because she can dance but British people just don’t like it when people are confident on shows like this and she’s definitely on the confident side.

SO happy for Clara, putting my fears to bed - she KILLED it, one of my favourite Charlestons in a few series!
