Great result - hopefully it’s safe for a Top 100 placing

Yikes I thought it may just sneak top 40 but the itunes sales just tailed off big time after huge wave. Obviously it would have been with Thursdays sales...... 🤦

 

Anyhow people need to get watching the video and streaming both versions.

 

Say Something didn't drop as quickly as I thought in week on so lets hope Magic can do something similar.

If it got top 40 it might have a radio play.

It is a positive starting point for Magic.

If it can achieve a higher position than Number 87 it will be the first time since Let's Get To It that a follow up single charted higher than the lead single for Kylie.

Didnt realise that, I know there are album such as x and let's get to it have had follow up singles that outsold the lead single

Let's be honest it's the first era that the lead single of a Kylie album hasnt gone top 40. So we have to make it happen for Say Something on week of Nov 6th ��

 

iTunes it continues to tumble as no back up for it, no radio plays, no streaming playlists yet. Hopefully it will be top 10 on download chart next Friday but may not be let's see

 

It it falls 10 places per update it will 84th on Friday.

It appears to have dropped a lot quicker on iTunes than say something so I’m not hopeful it will stay in the T75 by Friday.

Let's be honest this will be the way going forward, I think kylie building album success and more number 1 albums is the way forward. I'd love if kylie could achieve 10 number 1 albums.

 

I am already thinking there will definitely be a Disco Remixed or new Disco album in March/April time, especially if she fails to get number 1 on Friday 13th Nov 😏

Not sure as re releasing deluxe albums isn't really kylies thing but who knows. She and the team need to pull every trick in the bag out on release week.

I remain hopeful they can do this.

I also believe Kylie more than ever wants this Number 1.

I'm glad that Magic should at least chart somewhere in the Top 100. Still bothers me a bit that BMG throwaway a fairly significant number of downloads, as well as the first day curiosity streams, and make them count for nothing. :zzz:

It’s not really something she does and when she has in recent years the return hasn’t been spectacular (SBIT re-entered at #16, Kylie Christmas re-entered at #41).

But if she needed the number 1 and it only took 10,000 one quiet week in 2021......if she needed a number 1 this decade...

 

A new picture vinyl, new cassette and new CD with something additional would easily bag it.

If kylie released the album this month or even now she would have very safely secured the number 1.

Easily and based on last week would outsell the Top 10 combined.

It easily could have been released last week but the label have another plan in mind.
