November 6, 20204 yr This should have been the 4th single and seemed to be till she lost her mind and wasted a video budget on Fearless. I'd be surprised if she pays out on a 5th music video a lyric video seems like a cheap compromise.

November 19, 20204 yr Pretty simple really Fearless is so different from the rest of the album , she wanted to appeal to more people.
November 19, 20204 yr I get why she chose not to go with Overload. It would be, melodically and sonically, a bit too samey in terms of sequence of singles. She needed to change pace a bit, her past 4 back to back singles had been of great standard but also start to blend a bit too much. Her mistake was picking Fearless, instead of better songs in the album. She literally went with the worst song as the single to launch the album... Maybe she should have gone for the album after In and Out of Love and then release another song after with a feature mix.. But whatever. Fearless works in the context of the album. Outside of it, not so much...

December 31, 20204 yr Just bought the Todd Terry EP :cheer: Edit: With this getting two different remix EPs, it feels a bit weird at this point that Overload isn't classified as a single!
December 31, 20204 yr I'm guessing she commissioned these remixes before the deciding to try and push the deluxe edition, so she's just putting them out because why not? Unfortunately all clubs are closed down so people won't hear them unless they track them down...
