Scrap that - those 250 are sold out now as well! Over 1000 vinyl sales in 45 mins!!

Kylie must have shifted THOUSANDS of physicals today. What a queen.

Right! I'm 22 and an avid fan, as are a lot of my friends. I wonder what her update will look like tomorrow, I'm thinking around 3K with the cassettes and HMV signed prints and possibly 5K if the 2K HMV signed CD's are included?

Haha I know! Kylie fans definitely not OAPs. So many young fans! All my friends love her and they're all mid to late 20s. I love Little Mix too but I genuinely think Kylie has released the better album!

 

Anyway whatever happens, amazing sales for both acts and both have blown Ariana and Sam out of the water already!

So everything has sold out.....

Oof, Kylie came hard. Her team are so savvy and prepared - they know exactly how to tackle album release week and I bet they'll have more tricks up their sleeves over the next two days, too. I wish they could think as smartly and release her singles on Fridays so they managed a cute top 40 peak.

Kylie should do a decrease on iTunes on Thursday. Reduce both version of the album to try and boost download sales at the last minute.

 

Praying she comes through and gets this one her album is so good. I love Little Mix too but as a whole album Confetti is their weakest album besides their debut I’d feel gutted if this went to #1 when Get Weird, Salute and LM5 missed out although they do also deserve it with their work ethic and sales to date as well.

 

Whatever happens it’s great to see female pop music selling in large amounts under these circumstances.

Ahhhh so glad it's not just me who thinks this! Get Weird, Salute and LM5 sooo much better than Confetti. For me, aside from a few songs, Confetti is mainly filler. Sorry, I know that will annoy some people but that's my take on Confetti! Sweet Melody the stand out track so I'm glad to seeing it doing well this week in the singles chart! DISCO such a good album!

All the cassette orders updated almost immediately to say ‘complete’ so they should count now, I’m sure BMG have an arrangement with HMV to get the photos and vinyl sent out ASAP too so hopefully they will all go out tomorrow.

I’m not sure they’ll all come through tomorrow, because even if the order is complete, they haven’t been dispatched. But I’m sure they wouldn’t have done it if they didn’t think most if not all of the copies would go out this week so I think she’s definitely done enough today to secure the #1.
