Thanks for embedding the Lorraine interview, really enjoyed it and Lorraine to be fair to her does come across as a genuine Kylie fan.

5 Kylie Minogue - DISCO (10.8k)

Great daily increase, coming for that #4 position

Oh that's nice. Can see tomorrow maybe over 12,500

Albums

1 AC/DC - Power Up (51.5k) *

2 McFly - Young Dumb Thrills (16.9k) *

3 Paloma Faith - Infinite Things (12.4k) *

4 Andrea Bocelli - Believe (11.4k) *

5 Kylie Minogue - DISCO (10.8k)

Something tells me she'll overtake both Andrea and Paloma and land at #3. I had no idea McFly still sold so many records!

10.8 is great for kylie and 3 days of sales to come, i think number 4 is looking really good for her. Disco will prob do half of what kiss me once did on week 1 in its 2nd week.

LM with lots of streaming to be added, Bocelli selling well and Paloma picked up sales today too.....

Nothing against LM, but is LM really such a threat in week 2 as well? I'd have thought all the die-hards would've purchased, and the streaming, whilst amazing can't be enough to go higher than K?

Sales of new albums like boceilli, paloma and mc fly will slow down for the rest of the week just like kylie did last week which leaves it a little easier for Kylie to catch up and hopefully take that number 4.
I'm rooting for #3. Paloma just doesn't have that kind of fanbase. All the fans would've bought by now. What's the compteition next week?

McFly are on the same record label as Kylie, which speaks for itself, plus they had an ITV documentary about them.

I think Kylie will be able to overtake Paloma but Andrea might be too hard to catch up. He's currently on track for 17.7k whilst Kylie is 16.2k.

Not if they do promo

Andrea Bocelli actually increased his lead over Kylie from yesterday......

Like I say will be close

Andrea is always a strong seller. I’m just pleased that her week 2 sales are as good (or better) than some of the week 1s #1 albums we’ve seen this year and she is likely to stay Top 5

Ya me too, everything now is really just a bonus but its good she is holding on, ya her sales this week would be enough for number 1 in many weeks gone by.

Well she has had a good day today.

Good to see more Blue vinyl to sell too on HMV.

Yeah definitely! I did think some were underestimating his sales this week (his last album went to #1 two years ago this month with 26k). Kylie's sales are really good - it looks like she'll have less of a percentage decrease than she experienced with 'Golden'.
