Im really happy with the sales regardless but i think she will def pull back a few places and be minimum top 15.

There is about 4K sales between number 5-20 so it could go anyway, I think 10-15 is realistic and anything more is a bonus.

I really don’t think we’ll see anything more now - BMG know they have rinsed their fans and they can’t release new formats all the time, the album needs to appeal outside of the fanbase and sell off its own merit now which it is doing.

Miley will overtake as she sold more yesterday and is literally only one copy behind! Kylie's outselling everything else below her as well as some of the albums above her.

I have to say, Miley's 1st week chart position and sales have been underwhelming.

I still think she will pull right back up a couple of places.

If everything sells at the same rate, Kylie will overtake Steps, Sam and Dolly but be overtaken herself by Miley, putting her at #17.

Ya prob no chance of top 10 but if it can sell 8k this week it will def go gold next week :D The weekend promo would probably help sales today and tomorrow so tomorrows update might see a nice bump.

All these releases are either big first week sales of very established artists who are huge as everyone is looking for a CD as a present.

Steady sales now up to Xmas then more radio play after Xmas and with not many new releases in January hopefully she can stay top 40

Exactly this! IDC that it’s dropped as it’s sales are almost on par with last week and we’ve had a month in the Top 10 and it’s outsold Golden and SBIT at the same stage of their chart life. Some were predicting a 1-12 drop so that fact we’re only looking at it dropping out the Top 10 after a month in a key sales week is impressive.

 

BMG will care about the sales rather than if it’s 14 or 17 or 20 in week 5, it’s absolutely smashed it and will be gold shortly and as I said earlier even more impressive without a hit single or streaming playlists to prop it up.

 

The album is selling outside of the core fanbase and is holding its own in Q4 and will I’m sure become her biggest selling album with BMG :cheer:

This is pretty much where I expected the album to be in week 5 anyway, the two last weeks it was Top 10 was definitely a bonus.

Yep in a very competitive Q4 market with a mix of older stars and their Orchestras, new stars and their is promo,streaming and also Xmas albums .

 

Not many releases in next few weeks or in January so although Sales will be down a few more weeks of consistent sales and chart positions will be perfect for Disco

 

Also not sure those preorder Deluxe CDs are in this figure. There must have been quite a few of them to have a repress etc but only 2600 CDs sold makes me believe some haven't been counted....

If some of the deluxe sales are to be added to the existing sales, Disco may be closer to 5000 units.

My order for the Deluxe CD has shipped (I haven’t received it yet) and looking at other fan groups it seems to be the same for others so am guessing they have been counted.

 

There was nothing new with this release and most people had it already, only people that ordered the bundle really late seemed to miss out first time so I doubt it’s contributed much to sale tbh.
