Once the original tracks are included is my understanding it can pass as a new edition and not a new album.

Not that I expected her to win, but Kylie lost out on Billboard's Top Dance/Electronic Album award to Lady Gaga. Still, a nomination at all was enough of a triumph!

I disagree with your opinion Tawdry but i also think it is a very good album ,but not as good as Disco.

To be fair they're my 2nd and 3rd favourite albums of last year, but I genuinely believe Chromatica is Gaga's best ever album as a complete piece.

For me Gaga will never top her debut (especially the fame monster edition) but Chromatica was a great stab at it, i do like born this way aswell but there is something missing in it in parts. Ive said before id love Gaga and Kylie to work together as it has the potential to be brilliant.

Interesting news about the reissue. I think a Q4 release might help it generate better sales though but would be good to see a few new singles first. It’s nearly a year since say something so maybe we will get a new song around the same time to build up momentum for the repack.

Ya ideally 2 singles or 1 then a second tied in with the reissue would help streaming.

59p downloads is the way to go to get more downloads too

59p downloads will help but downloads only account for such a small portion of sales now. 95% or more is probably streaming for singles. It’s very sad really because I used to get excited about new Kylie CD singles!

Yeah, I greatly miss the days of going into HMV on the Monday a Kylie single was released and buying CD1 + CD2 of it. :(

Pre big online shopping days it was very rare of get the cd1 and cd2 on the one week as my local record shop usually got cd2 and I'd have to ask them to order cd2 although with the fever singles all were available locally.

The vinyl releases from Disco have shown the market demand remains for Kylie physicals and for now there is an opportunity to take further advantage of such demand.
