June 21, 20214 yr On the flip I LOVE Pupi and I was stanning her all episode and also Dovima's confessionals. She's such a brat and I live. I didn't like Killer that much although I got her and Sagittaria mixed up in SG. Sagittaria did a great job disguising her face with the makeup! Tbh Killer has underwhelmed me a little every week though. I think she's a cute boy though. I didn't think Carmen deserved Low here either, she really branched out her style and had three great ball looks. Dovima I would have put in the B3 bc I thought her impression was a bit lazy. Hugaceo's lipsync was surprisingly good! I loved Arantxa but her fashion and makeup skills weren't really strong enough to compete with some of the others.

Rough, not polished like she is naturally.
June 27, 20213 yr Author I'm SO bored :( I feel like this is my least favourite iteration of the franchise for some reason. Idk what it is like it's not BAD, I'm just really bored. I just don't care about the queens, of those left I only really like Sagittaria. Carmen leaves me really cold, Dovima is just horrible, Killer gives me NOTHING and I can't stand Pupi (how is she still getting away with her Tracey Beaker in Adele's make-up vibes). I love Hugaceo's drag but she definitely faltered since that high week 1 and sadly was right to go this week. Plus with next week being a roast, that's 4 comedy based challenges on the trot. Idk I'm just really bored of everything about this to the point idk if I can really be arsed watching the rest. I feel like they should have done either this week's challenge or the Mocatriz one, not both, and had the ball as its own challenge for a bit more variety. And one minute they seem to care almost more about the runway than they do about the challenge but this week they didn't really care and just let Pupi win anyway when she wasn't even the best in the challenge and her runway wasn't the best either. It's probably just me as this seems to be getting a great reception but I'm just not enjoying it much.

June 28, 20213 yr I am really enjoying the series actually and have really loved that a lot of people seem to think the same as the cast are super warm and likeable. Also every time we get Carmen spinning around on her chair in the confessionals I love her even more

Carmen SENT me this episode with the bananas :o It’s not language barrier because I don’t understand a WORD of Thai and DRT2 is up there with my absolute fave seasons, plus I loved Holland and I can enjoy plenty of things that aren’t in English. There’s just something not clicking for me, I can’t even put my finger on it but as the episodes go on, I am increasingly bored and it’s almost like a chore to watch.

July 5, 20213 yr I might have to say that Drag Race Espana S1E6 is up there with the all-time greats. That episode had everything. Also, the gag of season 1 of a spinoff having not 1 but 2! lipsync refusals in only 8 episodes!

Worse than Down Under?? :blink: This is honestly one of my favourite editions in a very long time, there hasn't been a single queen I disliked, I like the judges a lot and the whole atmosphere is just very loving and positive.

July 10, 20213 yr tbf i did not get why the judges were so emotional about dovima refusing to lipsync. i felt sorry for sagittaria, dovima sucked all the energy off the stage and made it rly hard for her. if ur trying to help your friend at least cheer her on or sth!
July 11, 20213 yr With Dovima it’s always all about herself. That stunt especially was about no one but Dovima. She could’ve easily been bad on purpose. She probably knew she would come off as a total c**t throughout the season so it was the only way. Her ego is so huge, she always had to have the last word and this stunt was not an exception. She was the one who decided to be eliminated, not the judges. All because she knew she would be MURDERED by Sagi in the lip sync. Am I the only person not buying Dovima’s act?! She was one of the most childish bitchy annoying sour face queens I’ve ever seen on Drag Race.
