How did this Christmas cover from Michael Buble become popular?

Ugh one of the worst xmas tracks. Can we get Holly Jolly Christmas instead if we must have a Buble entry?

A song called Christmas in Lockdown would be more interesting to listen to than this.

I make it 6 Christmas songs in the 40, Mariah, Wham, The Pogues and Shaky still to come. Unless Shaky has fallen out.

Even with Xmas songs, BL won’t leave the top 40

That's a good thing that Blinding Lights.is still in the Top 40.

Blinding Lights staying a whole year in the Top... 41

(only Thinking Out Loud has also done that)

All hear for the xmas takeover - lovely dulcet tones of Mr.Buble is always a sign chrsitmas is here....

That would do.

Biography

Central Cee is proving himself to be one of London’s most exciting emerging artists. Whilst only just turning 22, the rapper had already released a slew of solid tracks in addition to a powerful Next Up Freestyle on Mixtape Madness reflecting the rising star’s versatility and distinctive delivery. Building on this foundation, in 2020, Central Cee has gone from strength to strength dropping two singles ‘Day In A Life’ and ‘Molly’, with both tracks having racked up 8 million audio streams collectively. The heat surrounding Central Cee along with some killer short freestyle videos showcasing Central Cee’s lyrical abilities has led to him doubling his instagram following in a matter of months (currently 135K). He’s also gained support from various artists at home and abroad including a co-sign from US rapper Big Sean. Music has been an integral part of Central Cee’s upbringing, dating back to the tender age of 8. His eagerness to create his own musical legacy is deeply rooted within his earliest memories of absorbing the rich sounds of his dad's old school hip hop collection. - Spotify

Ugh at this returning to the top 40.

How did this Christmas cover from Michael Buble become popular?

I recall it being used on a few adverts. I don't really see what sets it apart from the original, but there we go.

Bro just jumped out the ride with a mask on, face likе he dodging COVID

Another song to mention corona in the UK Top 40.

I haven't liked anything that's been played so far, except maybe Band Aid at an absolute push.

This however is a tune.

Shakin Stevens :cheer: its a bop

His Greatest Hits album is out today :D

One of the few eternal classics to actually be a #1!

Yes Shaky :cheer:

If he had released this in 1984 as originally planned, there could have been a Top 5 of Band Aid, Wham!, this, FGTH - The Power Of Love, and The Frog Song
