I dont like to put down artists as each to their own, however Jess Glynn is absolutely shocking, both personality and music.

"Alexa play Christmas music that doesn't include Jess Glintwein."
I'm still not believing these Jess Glynne numbers... but im expecting her to be 7-10 by Friday anyway
I don't get why so many people have such extreme views about Jess. Her personality might not be the most charismatic (watching cardboard? really??) but that's no worse than a lot of other celebs. And as for her music, again it might not be to everyone's taste but she's clearly popular with all those number ones, and it's certainly no worse than a lot of other chart dance music. What's with all the hate?
Is there any chance of matches hitting the top 100?

^ Matches has no chance :/ it's only charting on iTunes but not doing much either, just checked and it's not even top 1500 on Apple

I think it's the volume of the success? Like she *should* be in range of Becky Hill imo, and I (not being from the UK) can't even differentiate the two. Jess had the right timing and a solo hit (HMH) to match.

This. And her unconditional support from Capital Radio right out of the gate put me off her... support is a nice way to put it, they absolutely hammered her down our throats

I always thought it was her TOTP tantrum last year followed by the restaurant thing

and pulling out of Isle of Wight Festival last year 10 minutes before the slot after partying with the Spice Girls the night before

(I wasn't complaining as Biffy Clyro got a longer set out of it haha)

the sushi thing was the nail in the coffin :D we support sexy fish :D

The truth is people are just jealous of her & her tremendous success. They are bitter because they see their faves flopping while Jess is thriving. :arrr:

^nope, is cos of the sushi :D
Sexy fish was the nail in the coffin for me... she's so annoying and entitled... can't stand the woman.
Buzzjack hates all British female singers whose name starts with “Jess”. I think it’s even in the rules you read before joining. We have no choice :(

I really don't hate her but find her unlikeable, a bit like Mabel

while jessie J and Anne Marie are truly hate-able :D

I saw her supporting the spice girls and she is the most charisma free performer I have ever seen. Might has well been watching cardboard.

I've seen her perform several times (not through choice) and can confirm this is true.

Plus she's a total cow.

Most irritating UK female artists...

Jess Glynne

Jessie J

Anne Marie

Rita Ora

Mabel

You're welcome!

Unless their surname is Ware, then they're exempt from being hated.
