^ How could I forget! 💃🏻

A quarter of a century of not hearing a studio version of WOMAN :drama: Here’s to the next 25 years of it remaining unreleased! :w00t:

I think they will release it for Forever25 :teresa:

Biff has hinted at it, and they are very aware of the backlash of it not being released, as well as the backlash of Spiceworld25 lack of unreleased songs.

For me, this is the most 'hopeful' I have been from a Spice potential project since the second time that Geri left (ealry this year!).

because it makes the most sense for them to do :arrr:

28 years since the release of 2 Become 1

27 years since Too Much

26 years since Goodbye

:drama:

I would love a Christmas EP, with reworked Christmas version of the singles 2B1, TM and Goodbye.

1. Sleigh Ride (Jack Frost Version)

2. 2 Become 1 (Christmas Version)

3. Too Much (Christmas Version)

4. Christmas Wrapping

5. Goodbye (Christmas Version)

I have NEVER (dramatic I know) since Christmas Wrapping has been out, I've never noticed they changed the lyrics to Tesco has provided me with the world's smallest turkey

but it's in the oven all nice and hot, damn there's something they forgot!

Never understood why you’d rush out for the newspapers. Radio times, maybe .. but newspapers?!

Christmas Wrapping on 13,117,478 streams on Spotify. It's not yet managed to move into their Popular Top 5 songs (it's currently 6th).

Too Much is 9th, ahead of Mama (pretty sure it's usually the other way around?).

Ginger Spice killed this band.. She never should have left, ans then they woulda had an actual Xmas album.

What the hell, sure... I hope they AT LEAST bothered to do some Christmas mixes for the 3 singles...

While this release does feel like a kick in the teeth, in a year in which we were hoping/praying for Forever outtakes (wow, they really did mean "we just aren't able to give you that", huh)...

...the concept of this EP is something I'd thought of in the past, as something that could be a good idea for their streaming at this time of year. To have their Christmas related tracks consolidated in one place, it could draw more attention to the tracks than usual. I'd hope that the EP being a new release would perhaps get them added to some festive playlists.

Do we know if it's just download/streaming? A physical release could be cute...

I mean it makes total sense... to have done this 5 years ago! I'm really not at all bothered though, hopefully it give's them a streaming boost.

They could have at the very least, included the Christmas songs from the Earls Court dates though, they clearly recorded them at the time...

Agreed for sure, this could have been done a loooong time ago easily.

Sigh it really is minimum effort from these ladies.

Agree with the sentiments here. I will buy it/download it/stream it but yeah they could be a bit more inventive I guess...

It does make sense to release it as part of the Forever25 'era' as it includes Goodbye which was a Christmas #1 and technically from that album as well... Just wish it would be more interesting than it clearly is.

I do hope it does well for their Christmas classics in the end. 2 Become 1, Too Much and Goodbye always get a bit of a boost around this time and Christmas Wrapping as well, so fair play to them for finally putting them together.

A vinyl would be a cute Christmas present, thats for sure!
