As someone who listens to a recap video of the French chart every week, they are desparately in need of a 3-track rule.

I see 'Dance Monkey' and 'Blinding Lights' are still clinging on their chart too.

Mariah has been #1 in France and it says it's charted for 209 weeks :D but their singles chart is a top 200

not many Xmas tracks overall, can only see Mariah and Wham in the top 100

there are so few non-French songs it's crazy to see Positions only peaked at #20 and WAP at #30

 

Mariah will now never get #1 in France :(

 

 

Hahaha my thoughts entirely. But on the other hand, below-par, British female "vocalists" have a new European market to aim for via Le Amazon et les streams dubious :)

Well he was only allowed to cash this year's bumper cheque from Amazon if Jess Glynne could be installed at number one a la Riviere l'annee prochaine. Given that that cheque's now been cancelled, the tidy sum he'll get for moving over the channel will tide him over until next Christmas...

They've been compiling the Irish charts since 1st January 2017!
