Can only imagine what the ratings will be for the Germany England game next week, if it had been on a saturday evening could have been 25m?

EastEnders (BBC2, 7pm – 7.25pm) – 1.44M (8.0%) [Lowest ever rating for third episode in a row]

EastEnders (BBC2, 7.25pm – 7.50pm) – 1.49M (8.2%)

1m is actually quite a big decrease for love island tbh, still huge ratings regardless

All of the soaps are being pummelled in the ratings the past few weeks. Corrie has been barely above 4m and Emmerdale dipped below 3m - neither far off where EastEnders has been settling ratings wise the past few months. Whatever the circumstances, shocking to see EastEnders drop below 2m for the first time and it's happened for 4 episodes in a row!!

Jesus Christ at EastEnders ratings, didn’t realise they were getting that bad! I can remember when Doctors could achieve like 1.1m/1.2m at lunchtime.
East Enders have put all the episodes on iPlayer in advance, so would be interesting to see what their ratings are like once this is taken into account. Either way, not good.
England's 4-0 win over Ukraine at Euro 2020 attracted a peak TV audience of 20.9 million, making it the most-watched live TV event of the year with 81.8% audience share.

Crikey!, I think that is the third most viewed programme ever in the UK.

That's right in terms of peak, behind the 1966 World Cup final and Princess Diana's funeral. Insane to see a 30 million+ figure again!

The match average was 29.85m which brings it down to 5th behind EastEnders and The Royal Family documentary.

Still a crazy high figure!! The average also very close to the peak, which is great to see.
