One of The Weeknd's two entries in the top 10 is here~ pushed as a single following the release of 'After Hours', In Your Eyes ranked an impressive 15 weeks inside the top five with a #2 peak (finishing ahead of Dua's Break Your Heart here which held it off)

The Weeknds best song enters here at #6, narrowly missing the Top 5 by a mere 45 points which is a shame, because this song is infinitely better than the song to come next. Yes, this very well may be the highlight of his career. It isn't too dissimilar to anything he's released before but it's easy to see why it's so popular with the 80's influence and synths running throughout.

Pop the champagne and raise a toast! 'Kings & Queens' has made the year-end top 5 despite not making the top 5 at all during the year, instead stalling at #6 for a month. This is by far Ava's highest peak on the EOY, beating the #30 finish of 'So Am I' last year. This chart run is a bit closer to what the song deserved officially, I'm sure we can all agree x

The fourth single taken from Future Nostalgia, Hallucinate had a relatively limited push (it did get a pretty cool animated video though) but inevitably rose to #1 on the Multichart anyway. There's even more Dua to come...

Physical slaying like it should be, doing here what it should have done officially and hitting the #1 spot. For 10 weeks no less! It's a crime that this didn't hit #1 officially and an even bigger crime that it almost didn't do very well at all. This for me and I'm sure quite a few others is Dua's best song to date. Assuming she's nearly done with this current campaign, I look forward to whatever she does in the future.

Oh, I expected that #1!

I really expected to see Physical at #1 too, it seemed to be the defining Buzzjack song of the year. I couldn’t work out for the life of me what the top 2 could be but I think I’ve got it now

Another Dua song falls short of #1 :( 'Levitating' is the highest (no pun intended) one because it had not only its lengthy top 10 run (its reign at #1 was cut short by 'Sweet Melody'), but also its initial chart run from when the album was first released, plus its initial re-entry from the Blessed Madonna remix. So combined it had 30 weeks on the Multichart just last year! But I can say it wasn't particularly close to the final song, the EOY #1, which is...a bit of a shocker, but we all love surprises, right? Stay tuned!

Taken from her 2019 album Hot Pink, Doja Cat's 'Say So' gained traction on TikTok and gradually turned into one of 2020's biggest songs. You wouldn't expect a #4 peak to translate to an EOY #1, but longevity is the key - spending a huge 18 weeks inside the top ten (with only one week outside the top 40 in its entire run), enough to overcome DuaMania and clinch the top spot!

I wouldn't have expected that but WHAT A SONG! :wub: a worthy winner and that longevity really is amazing :o

Dua Lipa being #1 on the Multichart for like half the year and not actually getting the end of year #1 *_* 'Say So' is a worthy champion though x
