And why's he Iann instead of his real middle name Ian?

I thought originally before I heard his name being mentioned on the radio that Tinie Tempah was pronounced 'Tinny Tempah'.

the extra N is probably so he doesn’t get confused with actual (christ)Ian Dior in google searches (and coz itz kool to misspell things)

Here's what the OCC have to say about it:

A soothing piano intro gives way to electronic steel drums while Dior sings about a deeper kind of love. “Nothing matters at all when I see you with your eyes on me, I’m higher, higher, higher” he then belts over soaring air drums, which crash into a breezy, reggae-styled chorus.

Higher was written by the group with Dior and Bastille’s Dan Smith, while CB's Grace and Jack are on production duties alongside Mark Ralph (Years & Years, Sigala).

In true Clean Bandit style, there’s a lot going on on Higher, and like their very best, it's deceptively catchy, revealing itself most fully after repeated plays. Don't say we didn't warn you.

Sounds promising!

Ooh exciting. Hopefully another hit for them.
I mean that sounds like the royalty-free background music of every travel Instagrammer out there. Hopefully that's just a tiny little intro.

I love generic tropical house

I like it  I think the “drop” samples something else but I’m not sure what, or if it’s just a familiar sound effect

Interesting that Dan Smith was involved in the writing.. that has me hoping for some kind of Bastille x Clean Bandit collab on either their next album or EP

I'm not expecting much from this after their past few attempts but I'll always give it a listen in the hope that they've created something great again.
I'm really enjoying this! And it's already stuck in my head after a few listens.
I’m going to like this a lot.. I like it after a first listen,.. but I know it’s one of those songs that’s going to massively grow on me over time
I honestly couldn’t think they could get much after Tick Tock, I’m so disappointed and underwhelmed.
This is VERY poor, shockingly so :/ They've lost all their spark, Tick Tock was... fine I guess but this really just sounds like any old song at the bottom of New Music Friday.
