Forgot that 'rockstar' was still to come, pleasantly surprised at how high that is!

No 1 for 1 week in February 2016- And here’s Buzzjack’s third most popular No 1 of 2016- he beats all the 1D tracks but not Harry’s solo effort!

I can't believe I forgot to vote for Pillowtalk, it's one of my fave songs of the decade. :P
When I voted there were a load of songs (largely more recent) that I didn't recognise or had no recollection of, so at some point in this countdown was going to start listening to all the ones I don't know. I started on this page and having listened to Rockstar, Feels and Pillowtalk wished I'd waited a bit longer! :D
Never got 'Beneath Your Beautiful', pretty dull. I do like 'Old Town Road' and 'PILLOWTALK' though. I've been revisiting the former this week actually off the back of loving 'MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)' and it's good fun again now it's not absolutely everywhere.

Old Town Road is good fun; surprised Pillowtalk is so high.

So 2016 is Ibiza vs Rockabye and 2019 is between the two songs that are still in the chart in 2021.

NO 59- 125 POINTS- Need U (100%) Duke Dumont Ft A*M*E (Voters: Alby- 1 point, Sevenseize- 5 points, Jade- 9 points, Danuary- 7 points, Garyfeld- 7 points, Scene- 21 points, brokenrecords- 21 points, NickF1- 7 points, Rabbitfurcoat- 14 points, Jester- 23 points, *Dandy- 10 points)

No 1 for 2 weeks in April 2013- 11 voters for this one (which is a quarter of the voting pool) with Jester the biggest solo voter. Dumont has managed to get both his No 1’s top 60 though which is impressive.

'Havana' was such a pleasant surprise. I didn't like how void of identity 'Crying In The Club' was and also wasn't fussed about Fifth Harmony's music but then bam, she made this one her own. It was great to see it organically take off so much.

'Someone You Loved' is alright under all the overplay but I did gravitate a lot more towards 'Hold Me While You Wait' from Lewis.

'Need U 100%' Duke Dumont was knocking it out the park for a little while with that, 'I Got U' and 'Ocean Drive'. His most recent output is really good too actually, like 'Therapy' and 'Love Song', I wish he still commanded the same commercial attention.

The best One Direction adjacent song immediately followed by the best Fifth Harmony adjacent song :cheeseblock: was quite a journey watching 'Havana' make its slow and steady rise to #1 ~

I do like 'Need U (100%)' but out of his #1s I always far preferred 'I Got U' so happy that that is the higher of the two. Of course his best song by a country mile is 'Ocean Drive' though.

'Old Town Road' also iconic even though it fell short of my votes (and who'd have thought that by the time you were announcing it in these results Lil Nas X would be just about to get a second #1!)

No 1 for 2 weeks in March 2010- Another record breaking 13 voters for this one which picked up Rabbitfurcoat’s 30 points. Nine of us put it in our bottom 10 though which cost it a top 50 placing. Tinie has 1 track left.
