Just a guess but I think people might be revisiting it because they're excited about the possibility of parties/festivals again and that's the particular song they associate with them? The timing of its rise seems to suggest it could be related to that announcement

Afterglow has indeed been in the Spotify chart since the beginning of February, but it had always been in the bottom end until 22nd Feb (the day of the PM's announcement) when suddenly it climbed 51 places to #138, and it has been rising every day since. Several festivals have been announcing their intentions to go ahead over the last couple of days too which I think adds to it. The reason I made the connection of Afterglow to festivals was because of this tweet in the first lockdown that had nearly 20k likes and I just had a look at some of the latest comments on the YouTube video too, and most of the ones to appear in the past couple of days are saying it reminds them of festivals - again it's just a guess that these factors are related, but it seems plausible doesn't it?

Becky Hill has already been given a credit on Spotify for it now (she was before it started charting again too), and it's even on Becky's compilation album.

Joel Corry is the only new release in the top 200 on Apple so far (at #37) outside of the Digga D album bomb. Pop Smoke's new track close behind at #207.

Still relatively early so these will likely get a bit higher but I was expecting him to make a bigger splash than this (possibly similar to Fredo) after how well the singles did - then again it is one that's being marketed as a mixtape rather than an album and for all the lack of material difference between those two things it is still generally the case that 'albums' do better than 'mixtapes'. (Cue this argument for the 500th time etc.) Not sure I see him doing more than about 9-10k but that could still be enough for a #1 in current sales climate unless Architects (or some other contender I haven't considered) kill it on physical sales.
