Amazing to see it at #1 as SO deserved; what a lovely teamwork from all the fans. H from Steps has also tweeted about it, as well as buying the song <3

Listening now, and yes I hear that :o Never noticed that before.

Hear Me Out is also 59p on Amazon digital if anyone feels like buying it there - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001KJIPHU/ - it's #11 on the Amazon download chart at the moment - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/bestsellers/dmu...al-music-track/

Been such a long time since I’ve listened to the track but it was always one of my favourite tracks from that album <3

Also never heard the Melanie C similarity before now but completely can.

No.1 is incredible, I wasn't even expecting Top 40 to be honest! This is amazing, well done fans.

I've been supporting Girls Aloud for TWENTY years. I am a Alouder through and through.

Sarah's sad news is very sad, especially so close to the anniversary.

I am so glad all the girls have finally settled all their petty rifts and come together, and the news of a private reunion is music to my ears.

Nicola on Instagram:

I know many of you have received your copies of @sarahnicoleharding book already but I wanted to share this page for those who she wishes to encourage. I know it means a lot to her for her message to reach as many people as possible! With her book at number 1 on so many charts and the Girls Aloud song ‘Hear Me Out’ that she wrote and named her book after currently being at number 1 on iTunes it’s a special day for her ♥️

My book arrived earlier, looking forward to start reading. There's a nice recent picture of Sarah with Nadine towards the back of the book. Nadine and Cheryl have contributed chapters to the book.

Some interesting things regarding Girls Aloud's career, that I've seen on Twitter - I'll spoiler tag this in case people want to find out for themselves:

Sarah confirmed that the rumoured Spice Girls medley for one of Girls Aloud's tours is true, and that it went as far as being rehearsed and performed at a dress rehearsal - but was cut before opening night because the show was too long. At the time it was rumoured that it was scrapped because Spice Girls' management intervened and didn't want them doing it, but Sarah hasn't confirmed that to be the case.

She considers Girl Overboard as being Girls Aloud's missed opportunity to be a single.

Their cover of Wicked Game that was scheduled to be a single went as far as a video shoot being arranged and it having a concept - she says none of the girls have a copy of this song.

Good to see Nadine and Nicola doing their bit on social media plugging hear me out, have Cheryl or Kimberley posted anything.

I think it made sense to do it today because it coincides with the release of the book! That gave the campaign its momentum. I don't think it'll realistically be able to make the official chart.
Sadly i dont think it will bother the charts either and having the campaign the same day as the book made sense, if the book was even released on a Monday it might have been in someway possible but the goal set out was clearly achieved.

It pushed Wellerman down to 37% now 55%, so Wellerman should be #1 tonight!

I wonder if this had been pushed today if it could have made the midweek top 20!

#18 on the download chart!

'drivers license' is #14 and was #12 the week before with 1,255 downloads, so hopefully 'Hear Me Out' managed 1k+ downloads!
