Season 2 of the US Circle is seemingly coming on 14 April and UK Netflix is actually getting it on time this time! I didn’t realise they’d managed to film it.

Enjoyed the first one, it was essentially the same as the original which was perfect as I hate the dramatic over the top editing that US reality shows have. The editing for The Circle is one of its greatest strengths. Think Sammie was my favourite overall. The only downside was how it was essentially

a conveyor belt of new players. One joined, only to leave in the first eligible vote

Seems like there could be decent interest in it here so I'll make a thread :) I'm glad it's not releasing all at once!

The first four episodes are out on April 14th, then further batches on April 21st and 28th - with the final on May 5th.

Looking forward to it, I definitely prefer the UK one but the first American one wasn’t bad by any means so I’ll deffo give it a watch
Loved the first series and after a very underwhelming UK series, I'm hoping this can be better!

Fantastic! This was a nice little surprise!

I thought Season 1 was fantastic. Can't wait for this!

Not Chloe the Essex girl from Too Hot To Handle on it

I am here for these sort of cross-overs! Someone get them to do a US Celebrity version with Christine from Selling Sunset, Antoni from Queer Eye and err, Anna Shay from Bling Empire or something :P

I’ll be behind because I’m just starting season 1 now and I’m loving how honest they all are to the camera!
Omg I'm so ready for this!! I was feeling gutted the UK one had finished so will be binging this as soon as it's on!

Binging 4 episodes at a time ;)

What a great first episode. Jam packed full but didn't feel rushed.

Great diverse casting once again, but Chloe does stand out like a sore thumb :lbf

My two favorites became influencers which was awesome to see.

Bryant is a smoke show, but no.

So much drama! After five of the originals stuck together and made it to the end in the first season, it's nice to see more of a divide going on this time.

Chloe is of course a queen, I hope she goes far.

I've just caught up on this today! Not agreeing with this chat - not a fan of Chloe (just... boy obsessed and no other dimension to her character) or Terrilesha.

Savannah was my favourite, what a waste. Would much rather have seen her enemy go :(

Not sure what to think of the season so far. I like the drama, but I want to see the players connect on a more personal level. No one has actually opened up about themselves, it's just been games, twists and blockings. All of the chats have been boring AF. Give us your stories, vulnerability, anything! It's so underwhelming, especially after UK Series 3 that actually nailed that.

That said, I'm rooting for Courtney and River, though I'm not sure I care at this point.

I really hated Savannah was so glad to see her go, she switched up on queen Terilisha SO quick.

Chloe is insufferable, thick as f***, no redeeming qualities and so boy obsessed. Courtney is annoying too, a complete follower and can't think for himself really. And he's responsible for the best player getting blocked :(.

Rooting for River and Trevor now!

Can't stand Courtney but was enjoying Terilisha, so am gutted she's blocked.

The games and twists annoy me sometimes. They're set up to specifically expose or get rid of certain players and there's nothing they can do about it. It makes the favouritism and fixed aspect of it very obvious.

That mannequin makeover challenge would obviously expose someone who hasn't put on make up before, so "Emily" had no way of escaping that. And obviously giving Courtney the power to speak anonymously to the newbies would allow him to target Terilisha and Emily without them knowing anything is going on. It's a bit unfair when it results in people being blocked just because someone else was gifted a massive advantage for no reason whatsoever.

And all of it comes at the expense of the players interacting properly with each other. I'd like to see more of that. I like to see them figuring out who they like/dislike or who is real/who isn't on their own, with some fun games thrown in, just not games that completely shift the power unnecessarily.

Omg this, I thought I was the only one! Chloe drives me insane she has nothing to her but flirting with guys, Courtney isn't as great as he thinks he is.

I really didn’t like and thought it was rather unfair that Courtney got all that power all because Savannah got blocked ? I was gutted Terlisha got blocked , Savannah really messed up her game !
