it was leaked on an app that isn't available in most countries, so i don't think it's gonna be spread around as quickly as when it just leaks normally sadly.

 

a few ppl are saying they can still hear Jesy's vocal in the mix, but i'm not shocked, they wouldn't have rerecorded the entire thing, just her solo parts, so her vocal being in the harmony isn't a complete surprise

I think there are vocals which are reminiscent of Jesy because the girls and MNEK tried to emulate what she did but I don't think her actual vocals are there anymore. It's Perrie's and Leigh's, sometimes distorted. It just sounds like her at times but I don't think it's actually her.

I love it but I wish the switch from the Saweetie Rap to the chorus was smoother, they could of done with tailing off Saweetie because it’s a bit copy and paste rapper....

 

It’s amazing though, definitely more radio friendly now it’s been edited.

 

Just have to get used to Jesy not starting it though it’s a bit of a shock if you adore the original haha!

I think the transition is probably my only gripe too tbh. But it feels like one of those that once you're used to it, you'll forget you ever thought that aha.

but what they've done with it is really nice, the second verse in particular sticks out a bit more rather than being an empty click loop and the production throughout the chorus seems more lush, some of the ad-libs are also more present, although i feel like Perrie's "you're all i need" and Leigh's "let it rain DOWN" in the second chorus are a bit.. messily placed.

 

Saweetie's verse is sooo good and I love the adlibs surrounding her verse, doesn't feel very copy + paste to me. this definitely needs to smash!

Ahhh loving it! It's so strange not to hear Jesy on it and it'll take time getting used to but it's a BOP!

This is slapping but that was expected since the original already did. Saweetie's verse was pretty good and I like the extra ad libs and punch.

 

Also hoping they add this to the album on streaming to enhance it's longevity. It'll help speed the platinum certification up

You know the more I listen the more I agree w/this. I feel like the newer vocals are a bit.. shoddy? Not that they're bad but there's like excessive audio effects and some of the placement is a bit weird, there's a lot of autotune on the newer adlibs too like Leigh and Perrie's which is odd cause they don't need it and I don't think it adds to the song?
