May 12, 20214 yr I mean she is the 'global icon' but not the international female of the year... the Brits don't make sense at all sometimes? Also how did Billie Ellish qualify when she won last year? Melanie C couldn't be nominated twice and potentially lost out on an award after a very successful year 2000 for that reason.
