May 21, 20214 yr The Video would be a cardboard cut out of Mutya coz there’s no way in hell she’d turn up for that. We want 1.0 to make lots of new music, not make Mutya and Siobhan flee for the hills again via the window of the studio bathroom :lol: Tho it would be dripping with hatred.
May 27, 20214 yr Mutya happily strutted her stuff to Virgin Sexy and danced on a male audience member so it’s not hard to imagine her dancing to Get Sexy. Keisha really goes for it in this performance though. It has given me a new appreciation for the song. iSHcEU7RHJo I don’t think 1.0 will ever do Get Sexy though and I think Keisha said in an Instagram Q&A that they wouldn’t.
May 28, 20214 yr ??? We’re talking about the same Mutya right? Mutya Buena? The singer who makes it known that she f***ing *hates* Red Dress. So much so you can hear that she loathes it on the CD recording of Red Dress. That Mutya???? As IF she would be caught dead within a Million miles of Get Sexy. I laughed out loud reading this! :lol: I've never listened to the album I thought Get sexy was terrible and although I quite liked the follow up singles they just weren't Sugababes for me plus with Keisha gone I had no interest anymore. I did however hear Thank you for the heartbreak but I believe it was a leaked Keisha version? I do like that song.
June 1, 20214 yr I really think radios would have got on board with a Miss Everything release, it would've slotted in with the music trend at the time really well.
June 1, 20214 yr I loved Wait For You and thought it would have made a great single. Miss Everything was great too. About a Girl for me is still one of their best singles, I just love it.
June 2, 20214 yr I don't think anything would've helped to sell the album, which is the point of singles. Plus being a post-album release it wouldn't have had that first week boost that got both About A Girl and Wear My Kiss into the top ten.
June 2, 20214 yr Get Sexy deserved the number one, it was robbed I would say they got very very lucky to go top two with that song :lol: Especially when you compare it with some of their other chart positions.
