I’ve just re-downloaded The Complete-B and I’m looking at putting a play,it’s together of the Sugababes best remixes.

What ones would people recommend Input into the playlist?

Thanks.

I don’t really rate remixes apart from three.

Easy - Ultrabeat Remix

Denial - Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs Remix

And then the essential remix

Thanks, I understand remixes aren’t entirely popular so it’s great to get some a suggestion. Appreciate it.

I've always loved the Hadouken remix of Get Sexy, it does take the song to new places

I second the Ultrabeat Remix of Easy too, it was the first mix of the song I heard in an aerobics class at school and then I had it on a Clubland CD

I found it strange hearing the actual single mix for the first time after being so used to the remix.

This Freak Like Me remix is pretty dope too

Love this one even more so than the original.

Change Wideboys mix and Freedom 7th heaven are a couple of my favourites.

The Freedom 7th Heaven remix isn’t available anywhere for purchase is it? Just on YouTube?

Nope. Only the normal mix of Freedom is available to purchase due to it being licensed to various compiliations. I don't think there were even promo cds sent out with the 7th Heaven remix on them.

Ah that’s a shame, thanks.

Looks like I’ll need to stick to YouTube.

I just checked out the 7th Heaven mix of Freedom and it is a really good remix, I hadn't heard it before :cheer:
I don't think I've liked any of their remixes tbh. The We Don't Give a Damn mix of Freak Like Me is good but that's just essentially the original mash up mix with their vocals added, it lacks some of the punch of the finished single version too.

That is exactly what it is! It’s authentic to the original mashup and is the version used in the video

It’s great but I’m with you on preferring the single edit.

Denial - Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs Remix

This is a favourite of mine as well!

This being the version in the video makes me feel like this is the main version of the song, rather than the album version. I remember getting the AWDF album and wondering why it sounded different. Unfortunately I didn't get the CD single at the time of its release, so it was a few years later until I had the We Don't Give a Damn Mix on my iTunes!

OMG Finally this remix is on Youtube and Spotify (not sure about Apple Music). I have had it for donkeys years but it has always been a rarer remix to get hold of/hear

The Sunset Strippers Remix of Song 4 Mutya is f***ing phenomenal. Its such a banging remix that really enhances what is already a great track.

I have used this song as my pump up track for so long. When I used to compete this was the last song I played to psych me up and get me into my headspace. Since giving up swimming, I use it before things like Interviews when I need to pump myself up and get ready to rock and roll.

Totally agree. The Song 4 Mutya remixes were so fun. I also love the Kissy Sell Out one:

If we count solo I did enjoy the Patrick Wolf remix of So You Say:

I had not heard that one before!! Thats a pretty decent one.

Don't Give It Up / So You Say got a couple of remixes and overall they're all... ok. They're not bangers, but they're interesting.

Don't Give It Up (Robert Cory remix) was another interesting one:

Oh I really like this. It's obvi not quite as good as the original track which is banging but it is a really great effort I think. Really works with the unique backing track and throws it a bit more out there.

Love it
