Just brought tickets to see him in October. So excited, this album sounds like a really solid album so far. Just hope he has some good promo coming up, potentially even BGT semi final or something.

His promo game outside the UK across Europe seems fine but I'm worried about how he's going to promote it in here. Hoping it at least makes Top 5!

Love Calum and he’s done a beautiful cover of BITS but for me the original is irreplaceable.

I really hope he gets a hit this era but the label seem to not be letting anything have the chance to grow/breathe which an artist like Calum needs - I guess they are chasing that follow up hit to WAYN.

Calum releases 4 international collaborations of "Heaven" and they are out now.

1) ft. Lyodra

2) ft. Darren Espanto

3) ft. Hoàng Duyên

4) ft. Diana Danielle

Decent album, not as instant as ‘Only Human’ for me though but there are some real standout tracks.

Shame this is looking like it’s going to flop hard in the UK, although promo this week has been nil, he announced 4 instore signings today so will pick up a few sales but the fact the CD is £12.50+ and the vinyl is £35+ will do nothing to help sales.

Cross Your Mind is pretty good and honestly quite a few songs released lately are hits
The store signing might do enough to keep him Top 40.

I doubt it - some of the locations are really limited (100 tickets) so can’t see it doing much in terms of helping it hold on :nocheer:

^but isn't the vinyl out in Aug?
They should’ve done a Mabel/Becky Hill and tacked ‘Where Are You Now’ and ‘Rain In Ibiza’ onto the digital version of the album
yes, whats the point of releasing Where are you now if they don't tag it at least to the Spotify version

For it to be a hit in its own right for Lost Frequencies? It also doesn't suit the vibe of Calum's albums at all.

Bizarre move, I know they want him to be known for his own music but the fact is he hasn’t troubled the charts with any of his new releases and the addition of WAYN probably would have seen the album go Top 40 and might have pulled in some new listeners to the album.

Capitol are such a poor label - he would have been Top 5 with Polydor and their marketing.

Where Are You Now is a Sony release, Calum Scott is a Universal artist. Perhaps label politics came into play and it wasn’t feasible to licence the track for inclusion on his album. Sony may want to keep it exclusively for an eventual Lost Frequencies album.

It wouldn’t have helped an awful lot anyway. Its contribution would have been weighted down to the average of the album tracks being streamed.
