June 11, 20215 yr Zitti E Buoni at #41 as I was expecting it to be. Damn Roddy Ricch at #40. Shocked their version of Beggin' is not top 100 though. :o Edited June 11, 20215 yr by Jason
June 11, 20215 yr Olivia officially the first female artist in history to occupy 3 of the top 5 in the same week!
June 11, 20215 yr I almost wouldn't be surprised at this point if it somehow still ends up getting a #1 peak as it keeps pushing further every time it appears to have peaked, but absolutely elated at 'Save Your Tears' now becoming only the third top 2 hit for The Weeknd  I'm repeating myself at this point from previous peaks it reached but just fantastic that the public have given such deserved support to such a great song (one of my at least top 10 if not top 5 favourite songs of last year, having spent 5 weeks at #1 on my personal chart as an album track, and probably at this point overtaking 'Starboy' as my overall favourite song ever from The Weeknd which I wasn't sure he'd ever top) despite how long it took him to get around to pushing it as a single. With plenty of help of course from streaming playlists playing ball + a great music video and most importantly of all the Ariana remix of course. But even so, it's had such a remarkable run for such a late stage single. The entire 'After Hours' era has really been the stuff of legends, excited to see where he will be going next after this. I found 'traitor' to be one of the weaker songs on Olivia's album (the sooner 'favorite crime' overtakes it the better pls xx) but happy to see her belatedly managing to pull off having 3 of the top 5, especially with her being the first female artist to achieve that. Great to see 'deja vu' back at its peak and of course 'good 4 u' still dominating. Boo hiss at 'Rasputin' stalling again at #11 but I'm fine with 'Confetti' getting a second week there instead. My real anger remains directed towards Mimi Webb xx Wow at Måneskin ending up as high as #12, absolutely huge rise from the early midweeks and looking like it may be a lock for top 10 next week :o Also just occurred to me that 'ZITTI E BUONI' would have got that third week in the top 40 if Harry Styles and/or Navos hadn't been reset. :'( (and *.* for Wolf Alice getting the #1 album, not that it was in any doubt any more)
June 12, 20215 yr It really deserved it! One of my fave songs of last year. Yeh the biggest song on my PC last year!

Blinding Lights, In Your Eyes and Save Your Tears are all outstanding - one of the best trios of hit singles from an album for a long time.
