Despite not been announced as the fourth single from Sour and possibly won’t be announced for a while as Good 4 U is still gaining in Airplay. Traitor is on HHUK and Today’s Top Hits and is looking likely of going top five in the UK this week as well as it going top 10 worldwide.

 

Should it be announced as the new single within the next month or should we have another single?

I’d personally focus on another track as I think Traitor will have peaked most places worldwide within the next month unless they decide to get a big artist on the remix but the fact that she’s going to manage a top five hit despite a remix is incredible tbh *.*

Looks like it could be an edgy and full of attitude video so I'm hoping for Brutal!

I know it's not a lot to go off but that one screenshot definitely does point towards it being either 'brutal' or 'jealousy, jealousy' (both of which are highlights for me so yes please either way, I am here for 'traitor' erasure x).

Is that way only "logical" if it has a chance to re-peak? Because I don't think a 'traitor' release at this point would do anything but extend it's longevity?

I think it's either "Brutal" or "Traitor".

 

Both of them have been receiving early airplay on Alternative and Pop radio stations in the US, respectively, prompting to enter inside the Top 50 in those formats, so I'm inclined to think that these are the only options to go for now.

It still feels a bit early as Good 4 U isn’t even old yet but it’s already smashed worldwide I guess!

Added as a FYC to US radio programmers. FYI, this doesn't mean that it's the next single yet, but there are some pop radio stations which are already picking the track to play it.
