December 11, 20213 yr Author So Man City get 3 points from a ridiculous decision and the VAR officials’ excuse is they couldn’t get a good video angle whilst we can all see clearly it’s not a penalty!
December 11, 20213 yr Author A very good victory for Arsenal, who dropped Aubameyang from the squad altogether for breaches of Club discipline. They weren't missing him as Lacazette,Odegaard and Gabriel scored for the Gunners
December 11, 20213 yr That City penalty was ridiculous, very tight at the top, but just feel City have the fixtures to make a run of it now especially with Liverpool playing Chelsea in a couple of weeks. Chelsea have a few gritty fixtures next- be interesting to see if they drop points.
December 11, 20213 yr Was expecting more tonight against Norwich City. Yous were lucky to get three points imo!

December 14, 20213 yr Looks like Leeds had a fun night tonight  Think it was just one of those games. Some of City's goals were pretty mad
December 15, 20213 yr Author Burnley's Premier League match at home to Watford on Wednesday has been postponed because of an ongoing Covid outbreak within the visitors' squad. Burnley made the announcement on social media at 17:00 GMT, with the game scheduled to kick off at 19:30. The Premier League said Watford had "an insufficient number of first-team players available to fulfil the match".
December 15, 20213 yr Meslier had a shocker too, second goal was right at him! To be fair to him, he didn't have much time to react to Grealish with that one. I imagine by that point any morale they had must have vanished though and it just spiralled from there...
December 15, 20213 yr Just heard on MOTD that Sergio Aguero has had to retire prematurely due to a heart problem. :(
December 16, 20213 yr Yous were lucky to get three points imo! yeah that was a def regression to ole football. different to CP game for sure. not a fan of rangnick from what i ve heard of him, kinda 'demoted' to DoF due to his football views at Leipzig. People think he was promoted cos he was so good. hes a bit batshit imo.
December 16, 20213 yr Rangnick will be more LVG I think, lots of grinding out 1-0s. That approach will serve us better in cups but I won't look forward to watching the matches as much as I did under Ole.
December 16, 20213 yr It's done I think for this year. All clubs pushing for a month off and PL to resume 15th Jan. No idea how the hell the season would be completed amongst all the other tournaments considering the Christmas period is when most of the matches are played. Plus the country will most likely be in lockdown in mid-Jan.

Plus the country will most likely be in lockdown in mid-Jan. I honestly don’t see what a circuit breaker does for football. 32% of players are not even vaccinated. All seems very short sighted to me, unless players get jabbed. I’d be in favour of a weeks break but seems ridiculous otherwise.
