Digga D said on the chart show last week that there would likely be a remix.

 

Also in relation to your other post, I’d be surprised to see brutal blow up. Feel like it would’ve done already given how widely listened to the album is. I personally don’t think Olivia sounds that good on it but I do think the musical production is very solid

I wouldn’t say 80k is a default #1 though - that’s more in Week 9 than most multi week #1s from the last year or two managed in any week. Bad Habits’ Spotify numbers aren’t spectacular but its overall numbers are.

I don't think Brutal is #1 material either but the video has her using all these filters, so could easily blow up on tiktok

not cos of the qualities of the song but cos of the video/filters...

'Brutal' is the song that showed me her talent + potential and ability to do more than one thing with her voice when I listened to the album, I'm glad it's getting its chance to shine. It's fantastic.

Since when was 500k streams not decent?

 

We’ve only got used to higher numbers because of the huge releases but I would say this is pretty average a normal Spotify #1 or not far off?

Even the lowest weekly sale Ed has had so far was enough to have been #1 in 17 out of 25 previous weeks of the year (only beaten by the first 3 and 4 weeks respectively of Olivia's 2 megahits plus the 2nd week of 'Body'), you really can't say it's #1 'by default' / because of 'lack of competition' lol ~ If anything he IS the competition that's blocking 'STAY' from hitting #1 with numbers that have been sufficient for much of the year.
Before Olivia Rodrigo and driver's license happened weren't the top Spotify tracks doing around 450-500k anyway - so STAY and Bad Habits are about on par with it.

Positions was #1 in the first week of this year and that averaged ~215k per day for that week
