The late 90s really did have some incredible quirky dance records, Mr Vain and Blue being 2 of them.

I wouldn’t have thought to vote for You Don’t Know Me but that hook certainly has become iconic.

Fastlove is my favourite of that bunch - a unique track with its funky pop-dance quality.

I'm surprised but pleased Armand's You Don't Know me is top 30. Amazing dance song, probably one of the most surprising number ones of the decade.
2 classics there in Armand and George, love them both. And then there's Blue. Ba da ba da dee badda bing badda bong. I'm a big fan of the colour blue, if that helps.
Don’t know how Armand didn’t make the cut such an infectious classic dance production, and ‘Fast Love’ is class as well though ‘Jesus To A Child’ is one of the best songs ever never mind of the 90s!
Dreamer is a good dance track, Some Might Say is not bad at best, hugely over-rated - it wouldn't make my top 20 Gallagher tracks, never mind top 10 Oasis. Not a patch on Wonderwall

It's waaaaaaay more preferable to Wonderwall. I can't stand that now. Liam's opening vocals on Wonderwall must be one of the most irritating sounds of the 90s, at this stage. for me.

I dont find Mr Vain that cheesy. I suppose the repetition can be annoying. Even thought it's not the icon that another comparable Eurodance tune that has yet to come in this list is, I do prefer its rap and its bassdrum sound.

A little help from Noel Gallagher saw this to No 1 in the Britpop era.

ohhh You're Not Alone is definitely in the top 10 of the 90s, her voice is just so mesmerising

Setting Sun is also another incredible dance track

Back for Good is not really my thing, but I appreciate it is a great pop song

'You're Not Alone' and 'Setting Sun' both have very distinctive, interesting production styles!

Didn't quite vote for 'Back For Good' (my favourite Take That songs came a lot later - 'Patience', 'The Flood', 'Rule The World') but it's solid.

Can’t believe I didn’t vote for Setting Sun :o (I checked and I didn’t). Tut tut!!

You’re Not Alone is fabulous, good to see it almost top 25.

Yes Take That Take Two had some great songs but Back For Good is still the zenith of their work for me.

You’re Not Alone is so dreamy and gorgeous.

I didn’t realise Setting Sun was so well regarded; think I’ll need to give it some more listens.

the female vocalist in Olive, also sang on this great track for Enigma

This came up on a Spotify playlist a few years back and I became obsessed with it for about a month.

Olive's a goodie, if a tad flattered (but only a tad) to be so high, Take That is a bonafide classic 90's ballad, and Chemical Bros I could easily have voted for - manic drum n bass psychedelic Beatles essentially :teresa:
