October 29, 20213 yr That video of the creation of Firestarter is all kinds of amazing You have to be a real genius to do that The guy who re-made it is quite talented too. More eU5Dn-WaElI 6ZYLp5uX9Yw Edited October 29, 20213 yr by Colm
October 29, 20213 yr Think Twice is a Guilty Pleasure, and Never Ever is a goodie too - though I didn't vote for either one..... :o

October 29, 20213 yr Author NO 13- 242 POINTS 3AM Eternal The K.L.F Feat Children Of The Revolution (Voter: Dot Branning- 21 points, Rabbitfurcoat- 25 points, Mango- 27 points, Jimwatts- 6 points, JackJones- 17 points, Jade- 24 points, Jason- 16 points, Popchartfreak- 27 points, King Rollo- 21 points, Just Jack- 3 points, Dan::G- 7 points, Colm- 7 points, *Dandy- 23 points, Dircadirca- 18 points)- #1 for 2 weeks in February 1991 Meanwhile this is our favourite chart topper of 1991 as the year leaves the rate short of the top 10. sxEAXb7rFdk
October 29, 20213 yr Author The final two songs to miss the top 10 attracted 30 points from FIVE voters! Has your maximum pointer made it?
October 29, 20213 yr Ah I thought Rhythm is a Dancer was a shoo in for the Top 10! Has there ever been a more iconic dance record? If I did my votes again I would include 3am Eternal - it was before my time for following the charts and I’ve only properly got into it lustening to lots of early 90s stuff recently. Next project is to listen to The White Room in full, which I’ve been told is fabulous. That’s a bit of a bombshell from Gezza about #12 and #11! :o
October 29, 20213 yr FIVE EACH? :o It’s possible mine could fall but I’m not sure whether 4 others would choose it too, definitely not implausible though.
October 29, 20213 yr Two absolute BANGERS there *.* one of the musical highlights of 2021 for me has definitely been the rollout of KLF material on streaming services <3
October 29, 20213 yr Author FIVE EACH? :o It’s possible mine could fall but I’m not sure whether 4 others would choose it too, definitely not implausible though. Sorry I meant 5 between them
October 29, 20213 yr A couple of absolute tunes eliminated tonight! Both did better than I thought. I'd been thinking there hadn't been any 30 pointers in a while (looks like the last was at #21)!
October 30, 20213 yr I didn't have room for Rhythm Is A Dancer but I really like it. 3 AM Eternal is amazing, it should have been top 10. Justified and Ancient is my fave KLF song though but it wasn't number 1 you know. :P
October 30, 20213 yr Hmmm.....Your Woman has beaten those 2 classics? Perhaps their age worked against them.
October 30, 20213 yr Your Woman top 10? :o I mean it's pleasant, and more power for doing it in his bedroom and getting a hit, and all, but better than KLF & Snap! Must be the Dua Lipa sample in Love Again promoting it
October 30, 20213 yr Your Woman has always been one of my favourite #1s of the 90s, it's held up really well too I think.
October 30, 20213 yr Author NO 12- 260 POINTS Vogue Madonna (Voters: Steve201- 1 point, Chez Wombat- 14 points, Garyfeld- 30 points, Vibe- 30 points, Hide&Seek- 11 points, Popchartfreak- 11 points, AaronTM- 14 points, Donnahjaneymack- 15 points, xajnipi- 1 point, Gezza- 30 points, Dan::G- 4 points, …Ready For it- 27 points, *Dandy- 27 points, Jester- 4 points, Dircadirca- 23 points, Bjork- 18 points)- #1 for 4 weeks in April/May 1990 Picking up 30 points from THREE voters (Vibe, Garyfeld and myself) still couldn’t see this into the top 10. It is our third favourite chart topper of 1990 and amazingly Madonna’s LEAST favourite No 1 out of her two entries yet still top 12 overall. lTaXtWWR16A
