I agree that Oops is the duet they're not so keen on, I think that's made clear by the fact it's not on the super deluxe album despite being, by miles, their biggest non-single.

wasn't it planned as a single? that's why it got the x-factor performance along with Touch? (i'm not sure what the Glory Days rollout was planned to be like) but Oops was meant to be send to AC radio in the US i'm sure?

That sounds familiar to me, but I could be wrong.

It did feel like it was being lined up as the next single for a period of time, Capital started giving it airplay alongside Touch too (not their only occasion playing non-singles but they probably jumped the gun on expecting it to be a single)

i wonder if fan reaction to Touch was so big they decided to switch (and maybe the girls also expressed their dislike for Charlie)

 

No More Sad Songs was a fan service single, too so I wouldn't be shocked if Glory Days had the girls have a bit more freedom with their single choices (As opposed to Get Weird where I believe they wanted other single choices? Weird People most notably?) and that they waited for the album release to properly plan the rest (but had a rough outline)

 

who knows but i wouldn't be surprised if Jason and Charlie were both disliked by the girls

The new single has been moved up a week according to someone on PJ - so maybe September 3rd?

Let's not forget she also put on her IG story a love heart emoji when the girls won their Brit earlier this year.

 

I doubt there's any sort of real tension or bad blood between them and to Jesy's credit she has done this twice now.
