this literally is just "the song is nice and i like it"

I imagine if Jesy didn't leave (and things hadn't been so sour) they'd have had some sort of BBC/ITV documentary or special but as it stands they can't talk about their history and their formation/career without mentioning her or showing her and there's clearly been tension for a while.

 

The podcasts are basically the same thing so I don't see what would be the difference? The reach at everything being Jesy's 'fault'. The girls have shown they are still fully capable of discussing their history, they just chose to omit her.

 

I'm hoping they do A Night in with Little Mix next year just before the tour ends as a 'goodbye'.

How will streaming work for this album? There’s a lot of tracks...If someone listens to random old songs not actually through the album does that count?

 

I’m guessing they’ve been clever creating a fan album as this will have less tracks?

I'm not entirely sure either, like for instance does every curated playlist from Apple Music / Spotify that has Black Magic on it now be replaced with the Between Us version thus counting towards that? I know that whenever people search for a song that is on the album it'll probably show the BU version but I think they would have the option of streaming the single / GW versions too?

This was also something I asked when the album was announced.

 

Will this automatically be their biggest streamed album (and also the biggest streamed girl group album) once released due to all the songs on it?

I think there has to be 3 tracks available for it to appear on the Apple Music chart. There’s only LSL and Between Us as Heartbreak Anthem and Kiss My aren’t showing up in the album yet.

yeah it was a mistake not making Kiss My & Heartbreak Anthem, especially the latter, available to play on the album instantly - it's weird?? it doesn't have a parent album so they might as well attach it to something, it's bringing in a lot of streams so it doesn't hurt.

 

i still want to know how Greatest Hits factor into an artists accolades, once released Between Us will have around 5b-6b streams which would make it the most streamed album by a girl group, group(?) and also one of the highest female albums if it's counted as a normal studio album
